Justin Bieber can pretty much do anything he wants for New Year's Eve, but instead of appearing at a club or throwing a raging party to celebrate his mega-success in 2010, the Biebs says he's going to spend some quiet time at home with the fam.

The tween superstar told MTV News:

"For New Year's, I'm just hanging out. I'm just going to be with my family. Just being with them and relaxing, because I've been go, go, go for the past three years."

That's what happens when you're in high demand Justin! We're happy to hear that despite the huge success the 16-year-old has enjoyed this year, he wants nothing more than a quiet evening at home with family and friends.

Nicole Richie is hoping to put her 2006 drunken-driving case behind her now that she's completed her probation.

The 29-year-old reality star's publicist says her client was originally on probation until February, however since she has completed all her requirements, the judge ended the probation period early.

As part of her probation, Richie was ordered to attend an 18-month alcohol education program.

Richie and Joel Madden were married last month in a lavish ceremony held at Lionel Richie's estate.

Jenny McCarthy won't be back in Los Angeles until next year because the former Playboy playmate will be ringing in 2011 in New York City!

Although Kim Kardashian and Kanye West hit up a recording studio together in Culver City, the reality star isn't confirming whether or not she's creating a track with Kanye.

When rumors surfaced last month that Kim was collaborating with Kanye on her upcoming album, she told MTV News:

"He's a musical genius, so I would be honored to work with Kanye. It's all in fun. We're just trying to have a good time."

While in the studio with Kanye this week, Kim tweeted:

"OMG u guys have no idea what I'm doing today! You are gonna DIE!!!! OMGGGG I'm nervous!!!!!! Its going down in here!!! Will twitpic soon! I'm turning it ooooonnnn!!!! What should my alter ego name be?"

Later Kim K added, "What an amazing day!!! I'm finished for today...but we have a few more to go! Can't twitpic just yet but will soon! Feels so good to overcome a fear!"

Oh Chris Brown, haven't you learned anything after all the drama you've been through?

Things got heated fast over Twitter Wednesday when B2K rapper Raz-B picked a fight with Brown over a tweet that would obviously set the troubled R&B star off. Raz-B announced:

"Im just sittin here Thinking how can n**gas like [Eric Benet] and [Chris Brown] disrespect women as Intelligent as Halle Berry, Rihanna."

Ouch. Instead of shaking off the tweet, Brown wasn't willing to go down without a fight. He launched into a homophobic tirade on the rapper:

"Tell me this @razb2k! Why when the money was coming in you won't complaining about getting butplugged! #homothug! I ain't deleting my tweet either! I was minding my damn business and Peter Pan decides to pop off!"

Peter Pan? Loves it! Of course in no time Brown was back apologizing to fans for his tweets:

"I'm not homophobic! He's just disrespectful!. By the way, I love all my gay fans and this immature act is not targeted at you! It's wack as f*** that everybody can bash me, but soon as I defend myself it's World War III. I TAKE S*** FROM everybody... it's cool though. LOVE ALL MY SUPPORTERS and people who know my heart. HOMOPHOBE? C'mon, find a better tactic. That's pure ignorance and stupidity. I love everyone."

The Kiss Kiss singer has left one guy pretty darn mad about the whole thing ... Raz-B's brother Ricky Romance. He decided to make a video threatening Brown's life, stating:

"If I see you in L.A. my dude, I'm gonna put my mother fu**ing pistol in your mouth. I will smack you in the mouth, beat you, drag you down the street and treat you like a little b**ch my n**ga. This ain't no mother f**king game homeboy. You ain't welcome in L.A. and if I catch you alone, watch what I'ma do to you."

Brown doesn't seem concerned, tweeting, "Ill be in LA REAL SOON!!!!!!"

"Everyone was so worried about who was going to want to see this movie. I remember them being like, ‘How do you get guys to a ballet movie? How do you get girls to a thriller?’ And the answer is a lesbian scene. Everyone wants to see that.”
