Seriously, who woulda thought a supermodel and a pop superstar would settle down and raise such a normal family? They're always together -- shopping, at the park, going to school. We love this fam!

Amber Portwood, the 20-year-old mother of a 2-year-old daughter Leah, both profiled on MTV's Teen Mom series, was released yesterday from Madison County Jail in Anderson, Indiana after being arrested on criminal charges filed against her for physically abusing the father of her child.

Portwood served a 24-hour hold for allegedly slapping and choking her ex-fiance Gary Shirley. She was charged with two counts of domestic battery, three felonies, one count of neglect of a dependent and one misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. The court automatically entered a not guilty plea for Portwood before she was released.

Lindsay Lohan has completely run out of second chances, and she's set to leave the Betty Ford Center on January 4. Can she follow a sober plan that will guide her in the right direction, or will she fall off the wagon yet again?

We honestly hope this is the LAST we see of the troubled starlet in rehab, and this time around she may have a structured plan to keep her on the right track, and away from all the wrong people.

As part of her sobriety plan Lohan will not return to her West Hollywood condo, just steps away from Sunset Blvd.'s popular clubs and bars. She's also set up several months of AA meetings, which cannot be skipped, and enlisted a sponsor to help deal with the "culture shock of reentry". She must be easing into it reentry already considering she's been hitting up bars while still at Betty Ford. Stick to those Shirley Temples woman, you have to stay sober until August 2011.

Only time will tell if Lindsay can behave herself when she gets out. We really want the best for her so we offer one word of advice: Follow Robert Downey Jr.'s lead, he came out on top, and you can too!

Stephanie Seymour never fails to look amazing. It's totally unfair she's able to frolic around the beach in a tiny bikini just days after Christmas while most of us aren't even fitting into our fat jeans!

But we're glad to see Seymour happy and healthy considering she almost had one of the nastiest divorces in celeb history with billionaire hubby Peter Brandt. The couple announced in September they were reconciling, and it seems like they really have! Finally one celebrity divorce has been called off; we haven't seen that in awhile!



Check out the former top model playing with her kids Harry, 13, and Lily, 6. The whole family went down to Saint Barthlemy, France, aka St. Barts, for a little Christmas vay-cay and this is the first time we've seen them all photographed together since their they announced their split in March 2009.

For now it seems life's a beach for the Seymour family!

Nicole Richie still has that newlywed glow, or maybe it's just sweat from a hardcore workout.

Either way, it's great to see Joel Madden's wifey working on her fitness to avoid the aftermath of eating too many holiday sweets.

Reese Witherspoon will be ringing in the new year as an engaged woman! The Oscar-winning actress is set to marry agent boyfriend Jim Toth, according to UsWeekly.

A rep for the actress confirms the engagement telling Us, "They are extremely happy."

The couple have been dating since January 2010, but didn't go public with their romance until March.

Witherspoon was previously married to actor Ryan Phillippe, but the two divorced in 2008. Reese then went on to date Jake Gyllenhaal, however they split towards the end of 2009.

Congrats to Reese and Jim!
