Nadya "Octomom" Suleman may be facing eviction as of December 31, but she's keeping her spirits up with a quick trip to Yogurtland in La Habra.

The days of Nadya only buying frozen yogurt for herself are long gone. Looks like she's got yogurt for an army. Oh, wait ... she has an army of fourteen kids at home!

Suleman's octuplets turn two years old next month. Whew! We're tired just thinking about it.

As for her financial troubles ... Amer Haddadin, the man responsible for Octomom's home loan amount, is threatening Suleman that if he doesn't receive a balloon payment of $450,000 by the end of this month, she and her fourteen kids could face eviction.

Let's hope her luck turns around for the new year.

LeAnn Rimes is blasting online reports that she's pregnant with fiance Eddie Cibrian's baby.

The 28-year-old country cutie tweeted:

"this is such BS!!!! Lol, you people all report BS."

This past Monday, Rimes confirmed that she and Cibrian, 38, are finally going to be heading down the aisle. To make it clear that she's not expecting, LeAnn also tweeted about her vacation plans to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

"Cabo!!!!! Sun, bikinis, friends, food, tequila...celebration!!!! Gonna be the best trip!!"

Cibrian gave Rimes a 5-carat oval diamond engagement ring. Let's hope she doesn't lose the big gem in the gorgeous waters of Cabo!

Lindsay Lohan will not head back to her West Hollywood condo when she leaves the Betty Ford Center on January 4th after her court-ordered stay at the treatment center. Instead, the troubled starlet will travel to a secret location where she will stay with family, mom Dina, and her siblings, after she exits rehab next week.

A source close to Lindsay tells X17online exclusively:

"Lindsay will be staying at a (secret for now) location starting the 4th of January, with her family, mother and siblings. She also has the support of me and her other friends. As long as she doesn't fail any tests (and everyone is going to make sure she doesn't) she'll be put on summary (unsupervised) probation on February 25th."

Is mom Dina really the best guardian to protect Lindsay's sobriety? She's been known to hit up clubs with both her girls -- even with underage Ali.

Our source tells us:

"She [Lindsay] got to see her family on Christmas, and is of course staying at a new (secret for now) Betty Ford sober living house with out the cameras on her. From our conversations I'd say she's very lucid and clear minded."

Now that Linds is out in less than a week, SamRo has surfaced with bleached hair and cigarette in hand, ready to greet the 24-year-old actress with open arms. Now that Lindsay is moving to a new place upon her return to Los Angeles, will Samantha be moving, too, since the two currently live in the same West Hollywood apartment complex?

LeAnn Tweeted that the lovebirds were heading south for New Year's Eve and, coincidentally, to celebrate their recent betrothal.

Guess Eddie's ex-wife Brandi Glanville "couldn't care less" about the pair's vacay. A source told UsMagazine the scorned mother of two is over it:

"Brandi knew this was coming for a while, but after everything she's been through since finding out, she couldn't care less. LeAnn has gotten exactly what she wanted from the get go."

The two divorcees are moving quickly after their respective separations -- Eddie and Brandi's divorce was finalized in August and LeAnn's marriage to ex Dean Sheremet ended just a year ago (in fact Dean's already engaged again himself!).
