Demi Lovato has agreed to pay off Alex Welch ... the dancer the Disney starlet punched in the face back in October, according to TMZ.
The young female dancer will receive a financial settlement, however the amount has not been disclosed.
Donald Karpel, Welch's lawyer, tells X17online, "Any and all issues and disputes have been completely and amicably resolved with Demi Lovato."
As for how Welch is feeling in relation to the injuries inflicted by Lovato, Karpel adds, "She's doing better. She's fine."
The attack took place on a private jet while Lovato and her dancers were on tour with The Jonas Brothers. Soon after the incident, photos surfaced of Welch's injuries ... including a bruised eye.
Demi is currently in treatment at Timberline Knolls in Chicago, Illinois. As for the settlement, Lovato's rep tells X17online, "Not going to comment."

Former Friends star David Schwimmer and his gorgeous (and much younger!) wife Zoe Buckman are expecting their first child, his rep has confirmed.
The couple met in London in 2007 when Schwimmer was in town directing Run, Fat Boy, Run, and after announcing their engagement last March they tied the knot in June in a small, private ceremony.
Schwimmer's rep added that they "couldn't be more thrilled."

Michelle Williams is finally speaking out about the death of her former partner Heath Ledger, who passed away nearly three years ago of an accidental drug overdose.
The Oscar-nominated actress chats with ABC's Nightline about her new film Blue Valentine, but she gets emotional when discussing the months following Ledger's tragic passing. "In a strange way, I miss that year, because all those possibilities that existed then are gone," Williams says of the period after his death. The star reveals that she began reading The Year of Magical Thinking by Joan Didion to cope with her loss. "It didn't seem unlikely to me that he could walk through a door or could appear behind a bush," Williams says. "It was a year of very magical thinking, and in some ways I'm sad to be moving further and further away from it."
"I've found meanings around the circumstance, but the actual event itself still doesn't..." she says. "I can't find a meaning for it. I can find meanings in things and people and relationships that have sprung up, and friendships that have strengthened. I can find a lot of meaning in that, but not in why."
Williams added while fighting back tears, "I know I got kind of obsessed with that for awhile, the before and after. A lot of things died. There's a line from a book that gave me so much comfort and it said, 'When you've truly lost everything, then at least you can become rich in loss.'"

Umm ... we'd call it pretty darn lucky!
In a new Gwyneth Paltrow special which aired Wednesday on E!, the Country Strong star revealed those high-profile romances in the 90's were actually kind of weird. Who knew? Paltrow confessed:
"It was strange to be part of a public couple."
Awww we feel so bad for her ... kinda. But what about her current hubby Coldplay rocker Chris Martin? He may not be Brad Pitt, but he's definitely a celebrity! Is there a difference with musicians?
Paltrow also revealed although she is the daughter of actress Blythe Danner and late director Bruce Paltrow, she was still treated just like any other kid:
"I would say 'Dad, I can't go out to dinner, I have no money,' and he would say 'you're welcome to come over here and eat at our house anytime, but I'm not giving you money for your social life.'"
Harsh!
You know she secretly digs that both Jennifer Garner AND Angelina Jolie got her sloppy seconds!

Kelly Osbourne and Miley Cyrus are proving that girls just want to have fun!
While on set of their new movie So Undercover, Ms. Osbourne transformed herself into the spitting image of her superstar BFF.
Wearing short shorts, Miley, 18, and a wig-wearing Kelly, 26, flash a signature-Miley peace sign. Posted with the pic, Ms. Osbourne tweeted, "I'm just being Miley!"
Kelly has made it clear that she's in full support of the teen sensation despite all the negative press surrounding her recent bong incident.
Earlier this week, Ozzy's girl tweeted, "Miley and I have become really close. I'm sick of all the haters judging her...This really makes me mad. Miley is one of the most hard working respectful women I have ever worked with, I am learning a lot from her!"
Looking forward to seeing these two on the big screen!

And for a good cause!
Zac Efron just finished production on the new Nicholas Sparks movie The Lucky One, and the hunky actor had to shave off his gorgeous locks for the role.
But Zac wasn't the only one on set who rocked a buzz cut -- according to NOLA.com, for every crew member who also shaved their head (there were two ladies!), Zac would donate cash to Kingsley House, a local children's charity. Nearly 30 crew members participated and donated their hair to Locks of Love, and Efron's rep released the following statement:
“He likes doing things for charity-- two Make-A-Wish kids came a visit to the set while he was there -- and he felt like he wanted to do something for a New Orleans charity since he had such a nice time shooting there."

Jennifer Aniston has wrapped the filming of 2011's Wanderlust, but reports are claiming that the former Friends star demanded 20 feet of space while on set.
Aniston's rep tells X17online exclusively:
"It is 100 percent false. More than any other film Jennifer had an absolutely wonderful time filming Wanderlust. It was like summer camp for everyone on the set so I have no idea where this crap is coming from except from the imaginations of tabloid editors."
However, a source tells UsWeekly, "It was an unspoken thing that you couldn't get within 20 feet of Jennifer. She surrounded herself with a ring of buffers at all times. She traveled with them from her trailer to the set and back."
Back to the idea of "summer camp" with Jennifer. Loves it!
