Kate Major, who was at one time engaged to Michael Lohan, wants to clear the air regarding a video from earlier this week in which she admitted to buying "a joint."

In regards to the shocking footage of what appeared to be Kate passing out while getting her eyelashes done, Major tells X17online, "I fell asleep and then woke up and was kidding around with the pap."

As for her comments about salvia, Kate adds:

"I do not condone drugs and I had never even heard of salvia until after the news of Miley smoking it. I think it's sad they can't leave Miley alone and that her friend sold her out like that."

I know he's going for the equestrian look here, but a) those aren't real riding pants, and b) if he was coming from the barn, methinks he'd have a little more manure on those spotless boots of his! Which aren't even real riding boots, if you want to get technical...

Prince von Anhalt was spotted out and about in the rain yesterday, and even though he's a bit of a diva, he actually held his own umbrella. And we've got to give him some credit for that, right?

It's been a busy weekend for Tom Cruise and wife Katie Holmes - the Mad Money actress celebrated her 32nd birthday over the weekend with a Nutcracker ballet performance, dinners with hubby Tom and daughter Suri and multiple trips to the gym. Keep up the good work, girl!

No big deal until he threw it into the crowd and all hell broke loose! Hey, if there's a chance to own an authentic piece of Justin Bieber for keeps, you better bet there's gonna be a tween smack down!

Unfortunately the girls got in such a heated fight over JB's sweat, the My World singer had to stop the concert to tell them to chill out. Bieber warned from the stage:

“You can’t fight over it. Someone’s gonna get hurt.”

Awww, how mature! Plus he's probably the only 16-year old boy who can say he had girls fighting over his sweaty towel! P-I-M-P!
