After announcing their split in October, Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus have put their Toluca Lake, California home on the market.

The 8,299 square foot estate has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and it was purchased in 2007 for $5,838,000. When the Cyrus family purchased it, the listing price was $6,199,000, and now they're reportedly hoping to get $7 million for it. Hey, with Miley's name attached to it, they may be able to get some extra cash out of it, right?

Michael Lohan is outraged that his daughter Lindsay is at the center of an alleged assault report ... stemming from an incident at the Betty Ford Center. An unnamed staffer claims Lilo assaulted her after the 24-year actress returned to the facility.

Lindsay's dad, Michael, tells X17online exclusively:

"The woman who claims she was attacked in the house had it out for Lindsay since day one. She didn’t want her to drive and didn’t want to give her any passes to go out. This lady tried to do everything she could to not allow Lindsay to do the things she’s entitled to."

As for how the incident went down, Michael adds:

"Lindsay had gone to get her hair done with two girls from Betty Ford. While Lindsay was at the salon, the two girls left for a bit. After the girls got back to pick up Lindsay, they returned to Betty Ford ten minutes late. When they walked in, instead of the Betty Ford staffer addressing all the girls, she grabbed Lindsay by the arm and told her she needed to take a urine sample immediately. Lindsay told the woman 'get your hands off me' and brushed her away. Lindsay never assaulted her. I want Lindsay to press charges on this woman for grabbing her first."

Lohan says that all of the drug tests Lindsay had to take as a result of the incident came back negative. He says:

"I find it interesting that this woman didn't contact the Betty Ford administration before calling the police. This is her attempt to keep Lindsay from graduating. From a clinical and professional standpoint, this Betty Ford employee should lose her job."

Michael tells us he's planning a trip to the Betty Ford Center, accompanied by his lawyer, to help Lindsay handle this issue.

Obeying a curfew is hard, especially when you're Lindsay Lohan! Apparently the troubled starlet took a break from her sober living house to visit a bar with a few new Betty Ford friends, but when she came back to the center 10 minutes past curfew, all hell broke loose!

The Palm Desert Police Department released this statement to X17online exclusively:

"On December 12 at 1:03am an officer from the Palm Desert Police Department was dispatched to the 74000 Block of Daisy Lane. The incident involved Lindsay Lohan and a member of the Betty Ford staff. Lohan was named as the suspect, and the victim wants to prosecute for criminal battery. We are investigating this case as a misdemeanor. After we finish the investigation, the case will be forwarded to prosecutors for review."

Lohan says she didn't push the Betty Ford employee first, though she claims the staffer was unfairly scolding her and requesting she take a drug and alcohol test, which she did. But why was she out so late (at a bar, no less!) when she should be working on getting clean and sober?

Calls to the Betty Ford Clinic have not been returned.

Leonardo DiCaprio is the top grossing actor in Hollywood this year, according to Forbes. Between Inception bringing in a whopping $825 million and Shutter Island's earnings, DiCaprio's movies raked in $1.1 billion at the global box office. DiCaprio will earn at least $50 million for his work on Inception alone, courtesy of a deal he struck for a share of first-dollar gross points.

Next on the list is actress Mia Wasikowska, who ties for second place with her Alice In Wonderland co-star Johnny Depp. Tim Burton's film was the second highest earning movie this year, bringing in $1.03 billion at the box office. Wasikowska also starred in the Golden Globe nominated flick The Kids Are All Right, which has earned an estimated $29 million at the global box office. Of course, Depp's other movie this year, The Tourist, had earned $29 million to date, putting both stars neck and neck.

Robert Downey Jr. ranks fourth with $808 million thanks to Iron Man 2 and Due Date, and Daniel Radcliffe is in fifth place with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 earning $780 million at the global box office.

Heidi Montag is showing off her plastic surgery scars in the new issue of Life & Style.

The 24-year-old former Hills star, who had 10 plastic surgery procedures performed at once in November 2009, tells the mag:

“Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did pre-surgery. This is not what I signed up for. The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable. But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek. People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body.”

During the L&S photo shoot, Montag points out the 2-inch scar under her chin from the chin reduction, a few bald spots from her brow lift, scars behind her ear from having her ears pinned back and some botched liposuction marks.

Speaking on her regrets, Heidi adds:

“I would love to not be ‘plastic girl’ or whatever they call me. Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world. I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Instead, I’m always going to feel like Edward Scissorhands.”

Bret Michaels has proposed to girlfriend Kristi Gibson ... the mother of their two daughters, Raine and Jorja.

The 47-year-old rock star popped the question on the finale of VH1's Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It.

After a roller coaster relationship with Gibson over the last 16 years, the Poison frontman tells Us about the moment he gave her the ring. While on bended knee, he said, "Please say yes or the rejection will kill me right now." Spoken like a true rocker!

Michaels, who suffered a brain hemorrhage earlier this year, gushed about his bride-to-be telling the mag, "She's the one who put up with me all these years."

They do make a beautiful couple. Congrats Bret!
