This morning Prince Harry was spotted leaving Tucher Am Tor after brunch in Berlin Germany, and we're not even paying attention to the army of bodyguards around him -- all we can see is that handsome face and tousled red hair!

Brooke Mueller took her adorable twins Bob and Max to the Beverly Glen mall last night, and not only did they get to hang with Kathy Hilton, but they also got to meet Santa Claus! Brooke was looking great, so clearly that time she's been spending at the sober house has paid off! Wonder how often she's chatting with estranged hubby Charlie Sheen?

Last night we spotted Denise Richards after a long flight from NYC, and the actress was all smiles as she waited by the curb for her ride home. Obviously she's thrilled to see daughters Sam and Lola, but we're guessing she's also eager to snuggle back up with her new beau, rocker Nikki Sixx! Welcome home, hot stuff!

Tori Spelling went shopping in Beverly Hills with her precious daughter Stella (and the nanny) yesterday, and even though it was pouring rain, the actress rocked a pair of dark shades. Not sure if she was blinded by the flashes from the paparazzi or she wanted to keep her eye makeup picture perfect, but whatever works!

And we have to point out how much healthier Tori looks here -- it's amazing what an extra five pounds will do!

Yesterday Nicollette Sheridan removed claims of physical and mental abuse in her $20 million lawsuit against her former employer, Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry.

So what does this mean? The case will continue, but now that she's retracted the abuse claims, the defense has agreed to drop its request for the actress to submit to physical and psychological evaluations, according to Radar. Sheridan will still pursue lost wages, benefits and other financial compensation in the suit, which names Cherry, Touchstone Television Productions, ABC Studios and ABC Entertainment.

When Sheridan first filed suit last April, she alleged that during an on set squabble in September of 2008, Cherry "took her aside and forcefully hit her with his hands across her face and head." That's a pretty lofty accusation to make!
