Just when you thought Demi Lovato's life couldn't get any more complicated, we're hearing that a sex tape featuring the barely legal singer/actress could leak any day now!

After going to rehab, punching her former BFF Alex Welch, sending nasty e-mails to Ashley Greene and a set of recently released raunchy photos (whew!), a source reveals that the teenage starlet videotaped herself getting it on with a young man over the summer.

Our source was working Demi’s concert in early August (less than two weeks before her 18th birthday), and they tell X17online exclusively that when they tried to enter her tour bus before a show, Demi's uncle Francisco Lovato, who was serving as a chaperone, wouldn't let them on board. He simply said Demi was "busy", but another member of Demi's tour crew tells X17online that the Disney starlet would "always kick people off the bus so she could bring random dudes on board and get nasty with them." It's not known whether Francisco was aware of what was going on behind closed doors, and he has yet to respond to our calls.

The source added that Demi was “no stranger to filming her sexual exploits,” and a tape of Demi and one of her boy toys “will surface soon.” It's not known when the footage was shot, but if it was after her birthday on August 20, it very well could end up in the lap of an adult video distributor, as she would no longer be considered underage.

So who was watching Demi while she was getting into all sorts of mischief? Our source tells X17online exclusively, "No one really cared about what she did or how she acted. It was truly sad to watch. She tried to act more adult by using foul language and showing her friends how rebellious she was, but she was so rude, everyone just made fun of her."

Nickelodeon hottie Victoria Justice is single and loving it!


The 17-year-old actress, star of Victorious, is opening up about her dating life in Seventeen Magazine's Prom edition.

As for whom she'd like to take to prom, Justice tells the mag:

“I don’t have a boyfriend at the moment. So I’d rather go with one of my best friends, like Audrey - we've known each other since sixth grade; Avan Jogia, who plays Beck on Victorious; and Dylan and Cole Sprouse. I love them! They are so much fun, and they don't take themselves seriously."

What a small world! Avan Jogia has been linked with fellow teen star Miley Cyrus. If it came down to the two actresses, we think Victoria would be victorious!

When the Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced that The Tourist was nominated for three Golden Globes in the comedy/musical category, everyone got a good chuckle, including the film's star Angelina Jolie.

Various media outlets are suggesting that the HFPA nominated Jolie and co-star Johnny Depp in a not-so-sneaky attempt to secure their attendance to the event, and even Jolie didn't know what to make of the announcement, telling the AP, "It's the first time that I've been in the comedic category so it's new for me." Sony Pictures submitted the film as a drama, but HFPA president Phil Berk told The Hollywood Reporter that it was director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck's decision to categorize it as a comedy/musical.

I recently saw The Tourist, and while it wasn't nearly as laughable as some of the reviews made it out to be, it certainly wasn't a comedy worthy of a trio of Globe nominations. Depp plays a likable character and I couldn't take my eyes off of Jolie's stunning face, but the plot was so snoozy I was tempted to whip out my phone and check my Facebook news feed from time to time. Jolie clearly has mixed feelings about the nomination as well, so now the question is whether she'll attend the ceremony on January 16.

Veteran publicist Kelly Bush told The Hollywood Reporter Jolie could make the story bigger by staying away, as there is a risk she could be perceived as ungrateful. Perhaps if Jolie attended the ceremony as a presenter and cracked a joke about the situation that would help? But what about the actors and filmmakers who truly deserved nominations for their projects and performances?

While continuing his promotional appearances for The Tourist in Italy, Johnny Depp gave us a sexy smile as he left the Excelsior Hotel in Rome.

Angelina Jolie's co-star was there to appear at a press conference for their new film in which both stars received a Golden Globe nomination. Will an Oscar nod be next?

After all these years, Johnny still makes us weak in the knees. Lucky, lucky Angelina!
