Not since Chris Brown's chart-busting success back in 2006 has a performer risen from new artist to top artist that quickly. Leave it to Gaga to break even more records. Loves it!

The rankings are based on Billboard's year-end music recaps, and Bad Romance is only one of four Gaga songs that made the Hot 100 Songs roundup.

Taylor Swift is Billboard's #2 artist of the year. We have a feeling she's celebrating, and sharing, her success with new beau, Jake Gyllenhaal. Cute!

The Top New Artist award has been given to Ke$ha. Her trashtastic tune TiK ToK spent nine weeks at #1 on the weekly Hot 100 list.

As for the vibe of the wedding, sources close to the couple tell us exclusively that Nicole and Joel have requested rental furniture from Revelry Event Designers with a "vintage and earthy" vibe. Also on the list of rentals ... "lots of wood pieces and leather."
