Just moments ago, Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift were cruising around Beverly Hills when they decided the heat from the paparazzi was getting a little too hot so Jake put in a call to the police. And not only did the LAPD send out ground support but they also dispatched a HELICOPTER to watch over the two superstars in their Audi Q7.

Our photographer on the scene tells us Jake was TOTALLY overreacting:

"I don't know why Jake was in such a bad mood. We saw him and Taylor in the car and when we tried to see where they would park to get out, Jake went crazy. It's like he didn't want anyone to get a shot of him and Taylor together. I mean if he's going to do set-up shots with the paps like he did last week, what's the difference?!"

We've put in the call to the Beverly Hills Police Department, the BH Sheriff's Department and the main headquarters of the LAPD and so far no response from anyone as to why they felt it was necessary to send a helicopter to "protect" a celebrity from photographers. (Not such a great use of taxpayer's money, I'd say!)

After sorting out some last minute wedding details this morning, Nicole Richie was snapped leaving a sushi spot in the valley with a gal pal around 3pm on Thursday. In addition to a stomach full of raw fish, the starlet had a mid-day outfit swap, because just a few hours before this we spotted her showing off her muscular gams in a short dress and heels.

Wonder what her wedding dress is going to look like? Something sassy or is Nic going to opt for a hippie chic gown?

Olivia Wilde is opening up to Flaunt Magazine ... literally! The stunning Tron: Legacy actress is showing off her toned body, and talking about her love of Italian food.

Wilde, who's a vegetarian, is asked by the magazine why she isn't skinnier ... since she doesn't eat meat. Her response:

"Ha. Umm, because I’m married to an Italian and every time I ask him to cook dinner, you can be a hundred-percent sure it’s going to be pasta. Anyway, there are a lot of fat vegetarians out there."

Sexy and sassy! As for taking on the role in Tron: Legacy, Wilde adds:

“I never thought I’d be in an action movie, but I gotta say, I love it. I love the stunts. I love the physicality. I love the imagination necessary for the green screen. I think the technology is brilliant. I’m completely inspired by the people behind it, meaning the artists who are tirelessly painting images. I think it’s brilliant.”

We think her skin-tight Tron uniform was brilliant! Loves it.

Michael Jackson's death isn't stopping concert promoters from battling over their respective contracts with the deceased pop star.

After more than a year of on-going legal battles between AllGood Entertainment and AEG, it was discovered last week, by lawyers for AllGood, that the case is still active, despite the judge's dismissal.

AllGood had signed Michael Jackson for a one-time family reunion concert in November 2008 through Frank Dileo, who claimed he was the King of Pop's manager.

AllGood had a non-compete agreement which stated Jackson was not to perform in any show for a full year, which was violated when Jackson signed up for a 50-concert deal with AEG in Jan 2009.

A judge officially dismissed the case in August, but he failed to address the counter claim filed by the defendants.

We spoke with AllGood Entertainment lawyer Ira Scot Meyerowitz, who tells X17online exclusively:

"The judge never discussed or dismissed the counter claim, therefore the case is not closed, and cannot be appealed. This opens up a huge can of worms and bodes very well for our case."

Meyerowitz tells us AEG's cash offer was too good for Delio to turn down, so he did a double deal:

"AEG provided Jackson with enough money to entice him to breech my client's agreement. AEG threw money at him, moved him to a new home, and even settled lawsuits for him."

AllGood Entertainment CEO Patrick Allocco tells X17online exclusively:

"We remain confident in the court's ability to discern the many false representations made by Mr. Dileo ... on behalf of Michael, and we hope the court permits us the opportunity for a jury verdict that will untimely bring justice for Michael."

A court date has not been set.

Kelly Osbourne isn't going under the knife to enhance her newly slimmed-down figure, instead she's having what sounds like a horribly painful surgery on her two little feet! Osbourne tells E! News, "Doctors have to break bones in my feet and reset them. I've put it off because I've not been ready to not walk for a month."

Apparently Dancing With The Stars didn't make things any better. Osbourne says she had foot problems for a long time, but competing on the reality show "kicked it up about ten years and made it worse."

Hugh Jackman is going from being a cage fighter ... to becoming the creator of the world's strongest robotic boxers in the new Dreamworks sci-fi movie, Real Steel. In the film, the sexy Aussie's character will also attempt to rebuild a strained relationship with his son.

The ultra-strong steel fighters, reaching 8ft. tall and weighing 2,000 lbs, are part of the futuristic world of underground boxing.

Lost's Evangeline Lilly co-stars alongside the sexy Mr. Jackman. Real Steel hits theaters on October 7, 2011. Think Transformers ... in the ring!

Say it ain't so!

After only a year, reports claim Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian's exclusive Bebe line may soon be headed for the after-Christmas clearance racks!

At a recent preview for the newest Kardashians by Bebe line in L.A., Bebe's president Emilia Fabricant hinted the collection probably wouldn't continue much longer, telling WWD, “The sisters do still have relevance but at Bebe we need to move with fashion and we want to be first in the fashion world with everybody else and not fall behind. We are definitely assessing the situation.” That doesn't sound good!

BUT, a Bebe spokesperson tells us that isn't exactly what Mr. Fabricant! The company put out this official statement today: "We are very pleased with the performance of the ‘Kardashians for bebe’ apparel collection and have immensely enjoyed our design collaboration with Kim, Khloe and Kourtney. They are terrific brand ambassadors and resonate really well with our clients. Our original ready to wear agreement with the Kardashians began last February and will conclude with the upcoming Resort Delivery. However, throughout this past year we have also added shoes, handbags and jewelry to the collaboration and are in the process of assessing a potential go-forward strategy in these areas."

At least Khloe and Kourtney are still actively plugging their line. In true Kardashian-family-fashion, the girls tweeted/advertised their appearance at an LA-area mall last night where they unveiled another overpriced collection -- minus Miss Kim K who is probably way too busy and over it by now.

Unfortunately this isn't the first negative news the girls have gotten this week. It seems their NYC store Dash is not a place they would actually shop. A report Thursday from the New York Times Critical Shopper column basically rips Dash to pieces, noting, "There is...the matter of taste. Dash is a fashion desert, just oodles of drapey cowl necks and embellished cap sleeves and synthetic fibers. Clothes are essentially split into two categories of fit: vacuum-sealed and hot-air balloon...You could wear this look, in the same way you could hire an enthusiastic 5-year-old as your stylist."

Who doesn't like cowl necks and synthetic fibers? Kardashian fans must eat it up, because Dash in NYC has been making $50,000 in merchandise sales a day since it opened Nov. 3.

As for Black Friday? They sold about $100,000 in vacuum-sealed/hot-air balloon sized-stuff. Not too shabby!
