A dressed up Jennifer Garner was spotted at the Key Club on Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood the other night, and the mother of two rarely goes out after dark, so what was she up to?

Turns out the actress (along with several other famous faces, including Debbie Gibson) was at the live music venue for a fundraiser benefitting West Hollywood Elementary School's struggling art program. Ben wasn't anywhere in sight, but Jen didn't seem to mind his absence ... or the chilly weather!

But Kim Kardashian is just as hot minus the makeup! And we love the fact that she's not afraid to show her face either...

Kim K. was snapped post-workout on Wednesday (but before her pedicure), and this was also after new beau Gabriel Aubry left her place in the morning. It's not weird that Halle Berry's baby daddy is spending the night at Kim's, is it?

Hot hot hot! Paris Hilton was snapped shooting an episode of her new reality television show with Brooke Mueller yesterday, and the heiress went super duper blonde for the occasion.

Think she's gonna rock a wig again? We almost wouldn't mind seeing her with real brunette locks for a change -- just think of how much more attention she'd get if she went to the dark side! Ahh, we're not holding out breathe on that one ...

Britney Spears and Jason Trawick left her agent boyfriend's office at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment TOGETHER in Brit's white Mercedes G-Wagon just moments ago. It appears the couple wants to show a united front as they face reports Jason abused Britney -- reports the couple's various reps and attorneys say are totally false.

It's been a wild ride for the pair today with voice recordings from Britney's ex-husband Jason Alexander talking to a woman who is reportedly the pop star about her boyfriends alleged abuse -- that boyfriend being Jason Trawick.

Brit's peeps came out swinging, calling the recordings "ridiculously" fake and labeling them as defamatory. But Jason Alexander defends his tapes (which he apparently sold to the tabloid), saying he's been friends with B since the two were kids and he knows her voice well. After all, they were married for 55 hours, right?!

But that doesn't satisfy Spears' legal team -- they say they're preparing a lawsuit at this very moment.

Britney went to visit Jason at his office today just after 3 pm, left less than an hour later and U-turned back to the office for a second visit around 4:15. She stayed for about 30 minutes and then she and Jason left together to head home to Calabasas.

A male suspect in the shooting of Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen shot himself tonight when Beverly Hills police attempted to serve him with a search warrant in the lobby of her West Hollywood apartment building.

LAPD spokeswoman Mitzi Grasso says officers entered the Harvey Apartments complex on Santa Monica Boulevard around 6 pm PT and when police asked him to raise his hands before attempting to server the warrant, the man pulled out a pistol and shot himself in the head. He was declared dead on the scene.

The man's connection to Chasen's murder is not clear, as police are not releasing any further information about the suspect.

Chasen was shot to death last month while driving home from an after-party for the Burlesque screening. 911 calls alerted police to gunshots near Whittier and Sunset Boulevard. Chasen was shot five times in the chest with hollow-point bullets and drove her car into a light pole.

Eminem earned an whopping 10 Grammy nominations tonight, including Song and Record of the Year for "Love the Way You Lie," (featuring Rihanna), and he also scored a nod for Rap Album of the Year for Recovery. Bruno Mars nabbed seven nominations, followed by Lady Gaga, Jay-Z and Lady Antebellum with six each. So who got recognition in the major categories?

X17 photographers staked out outside the William Morris Endeavor agency in Beverly Hills where Jason Trawick works, tell us Britney left her boyfriend's office about 30 minutes ago, headed to the freeway to go home to Calabasas, but turned around when she got to the 405 and went BACK to Jason's office!

Brit's inside now, again, presumably having a pow wow with her agency boyfriend JT. Are these two planning their legal battle against the tabloid that published audio recordings of a woman they claim to be Spears telling her ex-husband Jason Alexander her new man is hitting her? ... As a united front?

Or are these two duking it out, trying to figure out the next step in their relationship?

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker were spotted at a Los Angeles hotel this afternoon having lunch, and a source tells People that the couple "are still committed to working this out together amicably." Another source added, "They remain friends and everything is amicable. Eva is a class act. That's how gracious she is."

Longoria filed for divorce last month citing "irreconcilable differences," and Parker filed his own papers in Texas two days after that. The reason for the split was rumored to be the NBA star's infidelity and inappropriate relationship with Erin Barry, the wife of his Spurs teammate Brent Barry.
