Willie Nelson's arrest in Sierra Blanca, Texas on Friday for marijuana possession could land the country singer in jail for up to two years.

During a routine stop at the Texas border, the border patrol smelled marijuana on the 77-year-old crooner's tour bus which resulted in his arrest. After being held for a few hours, Nelson was released after posting $2,500 bond.

Although officials initially labeled the offense a misdemeanor, if Texas prosecutors can prove the pot weighs six ounces, sources say Nelson could face 180 days to a possible two years in a county jail. In addition to jail time, he could face a $10,000 fine.

This isn't Nelson's first drug-related arrest. He was arrested back in 2006 after authorities found marijuana and mushrooms on his tour bus.

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian (and baby Mason) were snapped arriving at JFK last night, and the sisters looked exhausted from their flight, but excited nonetheless! The girls will resume filming Kourtney and Kim Take New York, and we're thrilled that Khloe is part of the fun. After all, she's the most interesting Kardashian sister, right?

Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine and his smokin' hot girlfriend Anne Vyalitsyna were spotted leaving the Staples Center following the Lakers game last night, and even though LA lost to the Indiana Pacers (95-92, boo!) the couple seemed to be having a good time.

The cast of Jersey Shore will be fist pumpin' in Miami again, according to the NY Post.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and the rest of the Jersey gang are currently in negotiations for the next season of the hit MTV reality show.

"The cast are all about to start talks for a new season. Producers want to film in Miami again next spring, and they want to lock the cast down now," a source tells the Post.

Complicating the process, cast members reportedly are gunning for their own spinoff shows, as well as a big pay raise per episode.

Spotted: Leonardo DiCaprio driving around Los Angeles on Sunday with a car full of male friends. We're guessing they caught the Lakers game a little later in the evening, and Leo didn't seem to mind playing chauffeur in his shiny black Lexus. But where was Bar?

Demi Lovato, who has been recovering in rehab since October, released a special video to her fan club members over the Thanksgiving holiday. However, some are saying it was recorded before she was admitted to her Chicago treatment center.

In the video, the Disney starlet says:

“Hey Demi Lovato Fan Club, just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving. I’m very, very thankful for all of you and I appreciate all the support you guys give me.”

The location of where the video was shot is unknown. Lovato checked into the rehab center after abruptly dropping out of her South American tour with the Jonas Brothers. A fight with a back-up dancer is allegedly the cause of her meltdown.
