It's official -- Anne Hathaway and James Franco will be hosting the 83rd annual Academy Awards in February!

Oscar producers Bruce Cohen and Don Mischer released the following statement this morning:

"James Franco and Anne Hathaway personify the next generation of Hollywood icons -- fresh, exciting and multi-talented. We hope to create an Oscar broadcast that will both showcase their incredible talents and entertain the world on February 27. We are completely thrilled that James and Anne will be joining forces with our brilliant creative team to do just that."

We think this is a GREAT move on the part of the Academy, because what better way to lure in younger viewers than to pick two of today's hottest stars to host the show? Anne was awesome in Love And Other Drugs, and James is getting plenty of Oscar buzz for his role in 127 Hours, so maybe one (or both!) of them will walk away with a statue?

13-year-old Kylie Jenner is the latest member of the Kardashian clan to break into modeling, and big sister Kim posted these pictures from Kylie's first big shoot on her blog. Kim wrote, "I almost died when I saw them!! I cannot get over how stunning, elegant and grown up the baby of our family looks!!!! Every time I look at these photos I'm smiling from ear to ear, I'm just so proud of my Kylie."

Victoria Beckham was snapped in Las Vegas over the weekend, and the former Spice girl was dressed in head to to leather, including her sexy and chic Hermes Birkin bag. Talk about getting into the Black Friday spirit!

The Posh One expertly navigated the Sin City sidewalks in her 6 inch pumps, but it looks like she took a break from shopping at Barneys and sat down with her sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz for some impromptu portraits:

There's no denying that Justin Timberlake was part of a phenomenal cast in The Social Network, but was his role enough to land him an Oscar nomination? JT hopes so!

The 29-year-old actor, who is currently filming the movie, Now, has been campaigning hard for a nomination for his role in the highly-acclaimed Facebook movie, according to the NY Post.

"He's hell-bent on getting a nomination this year even though he has tough competition from his co-star Andrew Garfield," says a source.

As for how Justin is getting help from his friends, the source adds:

"Sony is footing the bill for advertising the awards campaign, but Justin is also doing things his own way, including attending Academy screenings on his own and privately reaching out to award winners and Academy darlings Tom Hanks and Kevin Spacey for campaigning advice."

Other actors, in addition to Social Network's Andrew Garlfield, who will most likely be JT's toughest competition in the supporting actor role: Christian Bale in The Fighter and Geoffrey Rush in The King's Speech.

Lady Gaga was spotted having a cigarette before her concert at the Gdansk Ergo Arena in Poland over the weekend, and even though she was filling up her lungs with all sorts of nasty chemicals, she was sweet enough to wave to her fans as she hopped into her car.

So what else has the Alejandro singer been up to lately? Getting Anderson Cooper plastered, apparently! Cooper told The Insider that after doing a profile on Gaga for 60 Minutes in London, the two went out drinking. "We actually ended up that day in a pub in London drinking Jameson, which I don't really drink," Cooper said. "So, she got me to drink like two of them, and by the end I was ready to have the interview be over because I really sort of couldn't ask anymore questions."

Unfortunately it doesn't look like their whiskey-drinking session will be included in the interview, which airs on February 11. That's what we'd really like to see!

Michael Douglas and wife Catherine Zeta-Jones were all smiles as they posed with their two kids, as well as Mickey and MInnie, while visiting Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.

Douglas, 65, who's been battling stage 4 throat cancer, looked like he's well on his way to a successful recovery after eight weeks of radiation and chemotherapy.

So great to see the Wall Street actor smiling again!

Talk about pulling a Sandra Bullock!

Eva Longoria just announced her split from husband Tony Parker, but that's not getting in the way of her starting a family! Eva reportedly wants to adopt a child from Haiti as a single mother, and a source close to the actress tells the Daily Mail, "Eva had her heart set on adopting a child from Haiti. She so wants to be a mother. She wanted to adopt with Tony, but she’s happy to go ahead as a single parent and is very excited after what’s been a dark period."

The Desperate Housewives star has worked with relief groups following the devastating earthquake in Haiti earlier this year, and she's mentioned in the past that the children at Padres Contra El Cancer charity have inspired her to adopt. "Every time I work with kids from Padres, my heart explodes with happiness and joy. They’re so inspiring," Eva said recently. "I could only wish to have children as strong."

No word yet from Eva's rep on whether there's any truth to this, so we'll keep you posted!
