Meanwhile, Kim K. is one of many celebs participating in Alicia Keys' Keep a Child Alive charity, which is helping raise awareness about World AIDS Day (December 1st).

The ad on the left relates to the Digital Life Sacrifice event, where celebs stop communicating via Twitter and Facebook until $1 million is donated.

And the poor kids look positively exhausted from their trip! Not to mention the fact that Brit's beau Jason Trawick's bad temper isn't helping matters much.

The legendary Miss Britney Spears spent Thanksgiving at home in Kentwood, Louisiana this year with her family but now that she's back in LA, she has to worry about sons Sean Preston and Jayden James facing the media frenzy once again. Poor boys don't seem to enjoy the spotlight as much as their mom once did...

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie chartered a bateau mouche for a private family dinner on the River Seine last night in Paris to celebrate son Pax's 7th birthday -- oh la la!

Most kids don't celebrate their birthdays with a private cruise around a European capital with photographers snapping away as their famous parents down red wine (see the gallery pix of Brad tipping back a few) ... but such is the life of Pax Jolie-Pitt. The first-grader was surrounded by his family, with Maddox, Zahara and Shiloh all in attendance while the younger twins -- Vivienne and Knox -- stayed home.

It appears Angelina has wrapped filming on her Bosnian war love story directorial debut after leaving Budapest a week ago, stopping over in the Seychelles for some R&R, and then heading to Paris with the family.

And don't forget about daddy Ben Affleck! Supermom Jennifer Garner spent the weekend with her pride and joys - daughters Violet and Seraphina. The Hollywood fam went out for breakfast together in Brentwood and another time Jen flew solo, taking her girls out and about in Beverly Hills...

Meanwhile, Ben's next project is a Terrence Malick film with Javier Bardem, Rachel Weisz and Rachel McAdams which will shoot in Oklahoma. Guess he'll be spending more time away from his wife and kids!



Still, they look like a content bunch above. Maybe Ben and Jen are actually a perfect couple and have the whole "distance" thing figured out.
