Oksana Grigorieva appeared on Larry King Live last night, and Mel Gibson's former partner and spoke out about the domestic violence she encountered while the two were living together. "He hit me and choked me in front of my son [with actor Timothy Dalton] and brandished a gun at me," she told King. The next day, she said, "He was apologetic, asking for a chance. He said he would be cured, treated, evaluated. All those words. I didn't record it. I believed it. If someone's asking for a chance, you give them a chance."

Oksana continued, "The beating took place. Mel actually assaulted me while I was holding the baby in my arms ... I ran into my son's bedroom and told him, 'Mel's crazy.'" After the alleged assault, Oksana began recording their phone conversations. "I started taping it around 11 o'clock because I thought, 'I'm actually not going to live through the night. I'm actually not going to live through the night and I wanted my mother to be able to prove that if I'm dead that this is who did it,'" she said.

UPDATE:
It's being reported that Mel's lawyers will appear in court next Monday and ask Judge Scott Gordon to award him sole custody of baby Lucia, and they'll also be requesting that Oksana be denied overnight visits with the baby.

Judge Gordon warned Oksana she could lose custody if she talked to the media, and after her remarks on Larry King, this isn't all that shocking. Mel's lawyers state in court documents that Oksana's "false and derogatory statements" to the media about Mel show she is not acting in the best interests of their young daughter.

Eva Longoria filed for divorce from her hubby Tony Parker today because, according to various reports, Longoria had found hundreds of personal text messages on Parker's phone between him and the wife of a former teammate. BFF Mario Lopez confirmed this.

Then Sports Illustrated writer Bryan Graham Tweeted the following: "Have it on good authority from entertainment sources that 'former teammate' in Tony Parker-Eva Longoria affair is Brent Barry." Graham would not reveal his source, but he also wrote that "Barry and wife are going through a divorce."

Brent's wife is Erin Barry - both couples are pictured above.

Finally, Erin herself was contacted by Billy Bush about the allegations. Bush Tweeted that Erin "cried and said 'no comment.'"

Poor Eva. Lopez has said that his friend is "devastated by the rumors of Tony's infidelity." And Longoria herself Tweeted the following this afternoon: "It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other's happiness."

Guess this means the Desperate Housewives actress had good reason to leave her husband. First Tiger Woods, then Jesse James... and now Tony Parker. What Hollywood relationship is doomed next?
