Dancing With the Stars pro Mark Ballas is a class act.

Our photogs questioned Ballas last night about why Bristol Palin hasn't gotten kicked off the show and he replied with: "Because she's relatable... she's the most normal person we've had on the show."

Eva Longoria has broken her silence about her recent split with husband of three years, Tony Parker, telling Extra's Mario Lopez, that the basketball player cheated with one of his San Antonio Spurs teammate's wife.

According to Lopez, Longoria is "devastated, she wants us all to know that. But she's strong."

Contrary to an incorrect story put up by a gossip website yesterday that Parker had filed for divorce in Texas, it was Eva who filed the papers this morning at the Los Angeles Superior Court citing irreconcilable differences.

As for what led to the split, Longoria had found hundreds of text messages on Parker's phone from the wife of Parker's teammate, according to Extra.

The one-time The Young & the Restless actress has canceled her upcoming appearance at the American Music Awards on November 21, and according to reports, the Desperate Housewives star will spend a low-key Thanksgiving with friends.

Despite denying it last month, celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe has now confirmed that she is expecting her first child with husband Rodger Berman.
