Lindsay Lohan has completed the "Priority" phase of her stay at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, which we're told is the first month -- now the 24-year-old actress has moved to a sober house near from the main treatment facility.

While at the sober house, Lindsay is receiving "residential day treatments," which we're told is pretty much a full-time job.

During this phase of treatment, Lindsay is able to do her own grocery shopping and enjoy local activities under supervision. A representative from the facility tells us "it's a buddy system and no patient is allowed to go out by themselves."

Family members are not allowed to join patients on their excursions. Family can visit only on Sundays from 1 - 5pm ... and the visits must take place at the main facility, not at the sober house.

During her appearance on The Today Show this morning, Dina Lohan described Lindsay's stay at Betty Ford as "life-changing," adding that Lilo is "happy, relaxed, she is just a different person."

Since this is Lindsay's fifth rehab stay in less than three years, let's hope her move to a sober house gives her enough supervision to keep her in check.

After four years and two children together, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are finally tying the knot the first weekend of December, according to X17online sources.

And now a source tells X17online exclusively that the couple are in talks with a very special wedding singer to perform during their big day!

A fellow club-goer at the Soho House in West Hollywood over the weekend (where Nicole, Joel and Christina Aguilera were all partying together) tells us:

"Nicole and Christina were chatting non-stop about Nicole's upcoming nuptials. And I even overheard Nicole talking to Christina about possibly singing a song at Nicole's wedding!"

Christina normally commands about $1 million for a private performance, but somehow we think she won't charge for this one.

Not only did Christina attend Nicole's bachelorette party in Mexico in September, but a source tells us that Christina's been "practically living at Nicole's house" since her split from husband Jordan Bratman, where she's been spending a lot of time with a "certain guy." Like maybe Nicole's soon-to-be brother-in-law?

This looks pretty intense - and rightfully so! In a "ripped from the headlines" episode, Glee tackles the gay bullying/teen suicide crisis on tomorrow night's show, entitled "Never Been Kissed." Kurt will meet Blaine, a gay student at Dalton Academy, and consider transferring...

The ep will also feature a version of Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream," which Katy approves of - the singer already Tweeted that Glee's version of her song "brought a sweet tear to my eye!"

Longtime couple Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will finally tie the knot the first weekend of December, sources reveal exclusively to X17online.

Saturday night, a witness at the Soho house overheard Nicole dishing about her upcoming nuptials to BFF Christina Aguilera.

The source tells X17online exclusively:

"I heard Nicole Richie talking excitedly to Christina Aguilera about her upcoming wedding. She said, '29 days to go!'"

Another source confirms the early December date, but says the wedding won't be the only party the couple will be throwing. This source says Nicole and Joel are also staging a "decoy event" to try to throw reporters off the scent of the real wedding!

Seems like a lot of trouble to go to in order to keep things private. Although we're sure the media-savvy couple has already sold the exclusive wedding photos in advance to a publications, so perhaps it's not too much trouble to try to protect their payoff, especially since they stand to make even more than their wedding budget!

Nicole and Joel have been together for over four years and have two children together, Harlow, 2, and Sparrow, 1.

The couple confirmed their engagement last February, and in September, Nicole hosted a bachelorette party in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, which was attended by celebrity BFFs including Christina Aguilera and Samantha Ronson. But we're sure the guest list for the wedding of the Simple Life star and the Good Charlotte frontman will be even more star-studded than her bachelorette party!

With reports of an alleged affair behind them, David and Victoria Beckham are getting candid about their very public 11-year marriage.

David reveals to Hello Magazine, "We have date night every Wednesday."

As for Victoria Beckham, 36, she says the scrutiny they face is the result of being in the business.

"We’re in the public eye so we have more to deal with than most. We accepted that years ago. It’s just about us and the family. We’re soulmates."

Back in September, reports surfaced claiming the soccer star had slept with call girl Irma Nici on numerous occasions. Not only did Beckham, 35, deny the claims, but he is also suing Nici as well as In Touch Weekly ... who originally ran the story.

"Sometimes people throw s**t at us, but we get through it," Posh adds.
