Several members of Michael Jackson's family have been very vocal about their belief that much of the audio in the tracks on the upcoming albumMICHAEL are NOT Jackson. The album is set to be released by Sony December 14, just in time for Christmas. While fans anxiously await a chance to hear what is being pitched as the last tracks recorded by Michael, Sony released the first single, Breaking News, last night -- to give a little taste of the album.

Joe Jackson, who believes fans should question the authenticity of these new tracks, tells X17online exclusively:

"I don't think its all Michael. It's just pieces of him, he's just a little bit in there. How can they release an album without permission from his family? They won't give Katherine her part of the profits. She won't see any money from this. Who has the rights to these songs? What are the fans saying? They should know about this."

Mr. Jackson is currently in Las Vegas, gearing up to watch the Oprah Jackson Family Special, which sources tell us is going to be "quite a show." As we reported exclusively last week, Katherine, Joe, Prince, Paris and Blanket open up to Oprah about the death of Michael, its effect on the family, and their on-going legal battles with Michael Jackson's Estate.

Joe Jackson tells X17online exclusively that they will discuss The Estate and its control over the massive income that has been generated since his son's death. Jackson adds:

"They wont give Katherine her part. Her own money is being kept from her. We talk about that and Oprah didn't cut it out of the show."

The episode, which has already aired this morning in Chicago, reveals quite a lot about the passing of the King of Pop. The family tells Oprah how Jackson's sudden death left too many unanswered questions and made several non-family members very wealthy as a result. We are also told the estate of Michael Jackson is not pleased with some of the content of this special, which is why they were kept in the dark about Oprah's interview with Katherine.

These are the same people -- the estate's attorney Howard Weitzman and his team -- whose benefit it is to promote these tracks as the real deal. The MJ estate profited from the sale of these tracks to Sony so if the voice in the recordings is proven NOT to be Jackson, there could be trouble with that deal. In fact, a source tells X17online exclusively -- Weitzman was trying, as late as last night, to get a statement inserted into Oprah's edit ... to no avail. Weitzman wants the word out that the Jackson family IS getting money from the estate, while matriarch Katherine and other members of the family say they're not getting their fair share.

During Ke$ha's acceptance speech for her Best New Artist award at the EMAs last night, she said, "I make music for you and hopefully I can inspire you guys to give the finger to the cynics and f**king be yourself!"

While we have no problem with Ke$ha inspiring people to give the finger to cynics, we really wish we didn't have to see her finger herself on the EMA stage last night!

And it's not just that her taste issues extend to her performances... her red carpet look is also getting increasingly bizarre, and not in an interesting Lady Gaga sort of way, but in a trashy, heavy metal groupie from 1989 sort of way:



Yeah, she's making a statement with that "no contract" shirt, perhaps a nod to the suit waged against her by her former managers, but the statement she's making with those silky purple pants is just tacky!

Eva Longoria donned a ham costume for her hosting gig at the MTV EMA's in Madrid.

Ham, or Jamon, is one of Spain's most-loved foods, so perhaps Eva was hoping to channel some of that love for herself!

But of course, Eva made several costume changes throughout the night, but hands down this one had to be our favorite:



Ok, it's more about what the guys aren't wearing than what she's wearing, but still!

Yesterday we spotted Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie on the set of United Love Story in Budapest, Hungary, and the Hollywood supercouple were engaging in quite a bit of PDA on set.

Brad walked by Angie's side as she worked with the cast and crew, and he didn't seem to mind taking the back seat to Angie's latest project. It must be nice for the Oscar winner to have her hunky husband playing the role of assistant/manny when she's busy with work -- and even better when he spoils her with hugs and kisses!

But what's with the reading glasses?

Rihanna went angelic in a white floor-length couture gown with flirty cut-outs on the red carpet for the MTV EMAs Sunday night in Madrid, starkly contrasting with her BFF Katy who went short and sassy.

Her flirty style went floral during her performance of "Only Girl (In The World)", where the singer was covered in candy-colored flowers... even on her butt!

But even though Rihanna was flirty and floral at the EMAs, she was red hot the night before while performing "Livin' On A Prayer" with Bon Jovi! Yes, Bon Jovi! Check it out below:

Joe Francis made a name for himself by getting spring break girls to lift their tops on his videos for Girls Gone Wild, but now the 37-year-old has tied the knot with KCAL 9 Los Angeles news reporter, Christina McLarty.

The couple got married in Punta Mita, Mexico at an estate owned by Francis.

Just before the wedding, Francis told Us, "My fiancee and I are the best of friends, just like Khloe and Lamar, and the next step for us to go down the aisle is only natural!"

Good times aside, Francis has had numerous run-ins with the law including pleading guilty to contempt of court back in April 2007 and spending time in a Florida jail. He also faced money issues after a federal grand jury in Reno indicted him on charges of tax evasion. Last year on August 28, Francis allegedly attacked Brody Jenner's then-girlfriend Jayde Nicole at Guys and Dolls nightclub in Los Angeles. Even though there was video of the incident, Authorities didn't press charges, however Francis and Nicole sued each other for assault and battery. The case is ongoing.

As for the wedding, congrats guys!

Miley Cyrus attended the European Music Awards in Madrid, Spain last night, and from her revealing dress to her intense performance, she was definitely the most talked about star there!

Miley turns 18 in a little over two weeks, and the Disney starlet has revealed that she's going to be spending that time with her family. What, no wild parties, drinking beer or prancing around in scandalicious outfits? Maybe next year?

Michael Lohan has finally been able to meet face to face with his daughter Lindsay at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage.

A source close to the family tells X17online that the visit "went really, really well." We're told the two of them went shopping together at a mall in Palm Desert ... just minutes from Betty Ford. As for Michael, he was "happily surprised" that Lilo agreed to see him. When they first saw each other, it was "definitely an emotional moment filled with tears."

Dina Lohan was in New York doing an interview on The Today Show, so we're told that's why Lindsay's dad was able to get in to see her. Our source adds that this visit was weeks in the making, and it was Lindsay who extended the invitation.

We're told that Papa Lohan, 50, will be going through therapy at Betty Ford with his daughter, 24, to get to the root of their relationship problems.

When X17online contacted Michael for comment, he declined to talk about it, but did tell us, "I couldn't be happier to have Lindsay back in my life."
