Katy Perry and husband Russell Brand hit the red carpet at the European Music Awards in Madrid last night (and showed off their wedding rings!), and we're loving the singer's short and sparkly number. Her outfits are always so unique, I don't think she's ever doubled up with another celebrity when it comes to couture at an event!

And speaking of other celebs, after Katy performed her new single "Firework" she had a chat with show host Eva Longoria, which resulted in the actress being spanked and having her dress ripped off! Longoria asked if Katy (who hosted the EMAs last year) if she could give her any tips on what to wear, and Katy then proceeded to strip Eva down to a skimpy body suit and smack her on the butt!

Lindsay Lohan has been receiving all sorts of visitors at rehab, and sources tell X17online exclusively that Lady Victoria Hervey, Eilat Anschel and Samantha Ronson stopped by the Betty Ford Center over the weekend. One source says Lindsay and Sam were out drinking last night, but we find it to be a rather dubious claim.

Dina Lohan has been visiting her daughter as well, and word on the street is she's convinced Lindsay not to see her dad, but Michael Lohan hasn't given up -- in fact a source tells X17online the he managed to visit the the 24-year-old starlet last night. Michael has been out to the desert numerous times and been turned away, but another source reveals that Michael went to visit Lindsay's counselors and simply didn't request to see her.

So our question is this... if Lindsay is visiting with old friends, is she really going to be able to start fresh in January when she gets out of rehab, or will her old demons come back to haunt her?

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson were snapped filming a kissing scene for Breaking Dawn in the middle of a busy street scene in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil last night, it this must be incredibly tough on them.

All kidding aside, it looks like they're so comfortable with one another now, they're wrapping scenes in one or two takes! Well, I guess practice makes perfect -- and clearly these two have spent a lot of time locking lips over the past few years!

For the second year in a row, Dakota Fanning was honored by her fellow Campbell Hall Episcopal High School classmates as the homecoming queen. Not only is she a talented actress, but the fact that her peers aren't hating on her is pretty impressive -- she must be a total sweetheart to be voted onto court two years in a row!

Dina Lohan told Matt Lauer this morning on The Today Show her daughter had not admitted to herself that she was an addict, therefore SHE didn't want to tell the world her daughter was an addict -- it wasn't her place to make the admission:

"As a mother it wasn’t for me to come and tell the world about her problem ... I wasn’t in denial. It was for her to come to her evolution. As a mother we protect. Now I’m happy and relieved myself."

She said Lindsay is doing well at the Betty Ford Center: "She’s just a different person. She’s been in a couple facilities, but this one to me has really changed her."

When asked about Lindsay's future, Dina told Matt:

"I don’t have a crystal ball. I pray hard. She wants to start her own (rehab) facilities, help other children. She’s so public that I think we can only be positive and look to the future to help other families."

Gwen Stefani headed to a baby shower with a friend in Culver City over the weekend, and not only did she bring a pretty present, but she also took her little lambs Kingston and Zuma.

No doubt about it, Gwen was definitely the best dressed mom there! But did she have a wardrobe malfunction while getting her gift out of the car?

Paris Hilton and her adorable chihuahua puppy Peter Pan were spotted out and about in Beverly Hills over the weekend, and it looks like the heiress has been spoiling him rotten.

After grabbing lunch at Joan's on Third with her sister and a pal, Paris was in a giving mood, as she tweeted a little later in the evening, "Going through all my closets pulling out clothes to donate. Quite the work out ;)"

She may not even need to hit the gym!

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were snapped on the balcony of their hotel in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil this afternoon, where they are filming some scenes for Breaking Dawn. Earlier in the day we snapped Rob on set with a Bella lookalike, and the hunky Brit didn't look nearly as enthusiastic about working with her as he did with his real life lady love. Can you blame him?
