After looking at these shots of Vienna Girardi partying in Hollywood last night, I have just three questions:

1) Since when did people in Hollywood still go to the Kress?
2) Why hasn't someone shown the Bachelor "star" how to pose properly for the paparazzi?
3) Is she even relevant anymore?

After 17 years of marriage, Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus - parents to tween superstar Miley - are filing for divorce...

The couple, seen on the right walking their dogs together in June 2010, have released the following statement:

"As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers."

The divorce papers - filed in Tennessee on Wednesday by Billy Ray himself - cite irreconcilable differences.

Billy Ray and Tish have five children total, and Billy Ray is asking for shared custody of the three youngest. Additionally, Miley's dad has requested the court to approve a "parenting plan" to be signed by him and Tish, as well as decide an "equitable distribution of the marital estate."

A couture-clad Reese Witherspoon was snapped leaving the Avon Foundation For Women Gala in NYC last night, and we can't even remember the last time we saw the Oscar winner look so radiant! I'm sure Jim Toth has a lot to do with it, eh?

Armed with an entourage of big bodyguards, Chris Brown braved the streets of NYC last night - the singer attended the official opening of RAIN - A Tribute to the Beatles at the Neil Simon Theater.

And while Brown doesn't have Rihanna anymore, he does have a top song on his hands. "Yeah 3X" is set to be a huge hit (on the level of "Forever") according to industry insiders. Does this mean Chris Brown is here to stay?

Tila Tequila is at the center of a police investigation involving paparazzi photographer Garry Sun who claims the reality star kidnapped and raped his girlfriend.

The photographer, who dated Tila for less than a year, tells X17online that the reality star and four armed men went to the Texas home of his current girlfriend, Shyla Jennings, on October 19, kidnapped her and brought her back on a plane to Los Angeles. Sun says while Jennings was being held captive in LA, she was sexually assaulted by Tila.

Sun tells X17online exclusively:

"Its all true, Tila is my ex. She found out I was dating my current girlfriend who is hot, and she wanted to get back at me. So she and four big guys with guns show up at Shyla's house in Texas and kidnap her. It was weird because the whole thing was so planned out and so many people were involved, it was almost like she had done this kind of thing before. I really don't think this was her first kidnapping. Shyla had never even met Tila; they didn't know each other at all.

Tila used the guys with guns to get her on a plane. The reason they were able to get on a plane is because Tila has a friend who is a pilot, so they were could fly private without having to check in through security. As soon as they landed, Tila went off and taped an episode of Gossip Queens. She was actually taping Gossip Queens while she was holding my girlfriend captive.

Shyla was able to use the phone at certain points and she would call and give me updates on what was going on while I tried to find her. While all this was happening, Tila had sent several men to kill me in my home, they went to my house and my parents' house looking for me. We have filed police reports and restraining orders. Tila needs to be off the streets for good. I am glad this is out in the open. People think she is this sweet girl but she is a psychopath -- literally evil. This is federal kidnapping were talking about, she's facing in excess of 30 years -- the minimum is 15. Her celebrity status can't get her out of this. She thinks she is Al Capone right now, like she's a crime boss and can do anything she wants and get away with it. She needs to be off the streets, she is dangerous and evil.

Shyla is in Houston now, away from all of this. Her lawyers are talking with Tila's lawyers and Tila is trying to sweep this whole thing under the rug and make it go away. Tila is being investigated for what she did. She has committed 8-12 federal crimes including conspiracy, hostage, kidnapping, extortion, assault and battery, and terrorist threats. She wont get out of this."

Garry Sun has filed a restraining order at the L.A. County Superior Court against Tila Tequila.

After appearing on The Late Show With David Letterman, Taylor Swift slipped into something a little sexier than the plaid shirt she had on when she arrived at the studio. Taylor may not be the best live performer (I KNOW I'm not the only one who thinks this) but she rarely gets it wrong when it comes to fashion, and we're definitely digging this outfit.

Maybe that's one of the reasons Jake Gyllenhaal is so enamored with the 20-year-old starlet? Speaking of Jake, why haven't we snapped these two together yet? It's only a matter of time!

Meh. Not loving it! Not that it matters - I already know the film will be brilliant.

Director Christopher Nolan took a break after The Dark Knight to make a non-Batman film (Inception, perhaps you've heard of it?) but now Nolan dishes to the Hero Complex blog at The LA Times about returning to his wildly successful franchise...

The third Batman film will be called The Dark Knight Rises and, while the director is keeping the villain a mystery, Nolan did spill one juicy fact: "It won't be the Riddler."

If you've been tracking the highly anticipated project, this should come as a big surprise! Everyone expected a new version of the Riddler to be featured in the third installment, but Nolan says no.

The Glee cast are ready to wish you a Merry Christmas in their own special way with the release of Glee: The Music - The Christmas Album.

The 12-song album, which will be released on November 16, will coincide with Glee's holiday episode airing on December 7.

Some of the highlights ... Lea Michele singing Merry Christmas Darling, Chris Colfer and Darren Criss with Baby, It's Cold Outside and Matthew Morrison's duet with K.D. Lang for the Dr. Seuss classic, "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch".
