Charlie Sheen landed last night at the Van Nuys airport on a private plane from New York.
The Two And A Half Men actor, who had been in NY to visit with ex wife Denise Richards and his two young daughters, suffered an alleged breakdown in his hotel room.
Although early reports claimed Sheen was under the influence at the time of the incident, his rep says he had an allergic reaction to medication. "Everything else is speculation," he adds.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were snapped leaving Fraiche restaurant in Culver City last night, and even though she was wearing flats, it appeared as though Jessica's new shoes were just too much to take. Hey, we've all been there, and walking barefoot on the street sure beats getting monster blisters on your feet!

Denise Richards stopped by to chat with Joy Behar about her upcoming project Blue Mountain State, however talk quickly turned to Charlie Sheen's recent hospital visit after reportedly trashing a New York hotel room while under the influence.
Richards, who was married to Sheen for four years, admits to Behar that she did go with Charlie to the hospital.
When pressed for details on that night, Denise says "I do know what happened," but declined to answer for the sake of their two young daughters. As for her current relationship with Charlie, she says:
"We're in an amazing place. We've been getting along for the last year and a half. I'm trying to protect the girls from it as much as possible."
Richards had been in New York to do interviews for Blue Mountain State, and Sheen had flown with her and the girls to the Big Apple to spend time in the city. When his alleged breakdown took place, they were in the same hotel, but different rooms.

Gossip Girl co-stars Blake Lively and Penn Badgley have ended their three-year relationship, according to a rep for the couple.
The two split in mid-September, but it doesn't appear as though it will be causing any extra drama on the show. “They’re professionals,†an insider tells Us mag. “They’re still good friends and hang out on the set.â€Â
So who will the bombshell Blake date next? Our money is on an older man...

The L could be for Leo, but most likely it's for the Los Angeles Lakers, who beat the Houston Rockets 112-110 last night.
We caught a ton of celebs at the opening game at the Staples Center, and even though Leo hates having his photo taken, I guess he's willing to sacrifice a lot to sit courtside to watch some basketball!

Hopefully she's not just now catching up on her summer reading list! But we'd imagine Jennifer Garner is too caring a parent to let that happen...
Here's Miss Violet and her supermom picking up some books from the library in Pacific Palisades on Tuesday. Jen's eldest daughter turns five in just over a month, so whatever books V's reading, we're very much impressed!

Spotted: Gossip Girl Taylor Momsen, hanging outside the not-so-grungy Le Petit Four in West Hollywood, exploring some uncharted territory. What if Blair finds out about this?
First of all, don't act like you've never done it! And secondly, we're not entirely sure The Pretty Reckless singer is engaging in a pick. Maybe just a scratch? You tell us!

WTF! I don't think anyone predicted this...
Last night on Dancing With the Stars, Jennifer Grey had her first fall from grace. But the team with the lowest score? Kurt Warner and Anna Trebunskaya.
And in a surprising twist, Hills starlet Audrina Patridge was eliminated tonight. She and partner Tony Dovolani were even tied for second place with Rick Fox and Cheryl Burke - so why on earth did she go home?
Audrina managed to keep it together and said the following: "I've had so much fun this entire experience. Tony has been such an amazing teacher." And to the judges, she added, "Thank you for all the comments."
Confused much? And in a bizarre twist, Audrina announced after the show that her VH1 reality series (with Mark Burnett) is officially getting picked up. The new show will follow Patridge's Hollywood life. Congrats on that at least!
