Pumpkins and face paint and Batman, oh my! It's always a party with Gwen Stefani and her family.

The No Doubt singer put on her mom hat earlier this afternoon and took her little tots, Kingston and Zuma, to the oh so famous celebrity pumpkin patch. Gwen's smile always melts our hearts!

Speaking of face paint, young Zuma had a couple pumpkins painted on his cheek. And big bro Kingston sported a super cool Batman costume. Two cute!

The only family member absent? Papa bear Gavin Rossdale! How could he possibly miss the fam's annual trip to Mr. Bones?

Brooke Mueller looked very flustered outside of her Los Feliz home today after hearing the news that her husband Charlie Sheen was hospitalized in New York early this morning following a "drunk and naked" incident.

We asked his wife, who does not currently live with the Two And A Half Men star, if Charlie was OK, and Brooke responded to X17online exclusively:

"I hope so."

It's clear these two, who haven't lived together since the Christmas day scuffle that landed Charlie in rehab, have a very non-traditional relationship. Brooke seems genuinely concerned for the well-being of the father of her twin boys, Bob and Max, but not overwhelmingly angry that he was spending the week with his ex-wife, Denise Richards, or that another woman (said to be a paid escort) was found in his room early this morning.

Brooke's dad also seemed to be on his son-in-law's side.

“We’re with you, Charlie, we love you,” he said, before indicating that they hadn't spoken to Charlie since his early-morning incident. When we asked her dad if he knew whether or not Charlie was OK, he said, “We hope so, we don’t know.”

Which prompted Brooke to admonish, "Dad, no more talking!"

Brooke went back inside the house to gather her thoughts before coming back outside with a smile on her face.

We asked her if it was true that Charlie was on drugs, which would be a violation of his probation, and she very politely responded, "I'm sorry, I don't want to comment."

Charlie could face jail time if found to be in violation of the probation he was assigned after pleading no contest to assault charges stemming from his Christmas day fight with Brooke. Ironically, Charlie had only 8 more days to go on his probation.

Single and ready to mingle! Just look at that big (red) smile across her face - what more could a girl want?

Christina Aguilera's only recently filed for divorce from hubby Jordan Bratman and already she's looking better than ever. The Bionic singer put on a classy pair of high heels and a sexy push up bra before arriving at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills this afternoon. Divorce does a body good!

Xtina just arrived back from Vegas where she performed at Justin Timberlake's charity concert. How rare is it to return from Sin City looking like an angel on earth? Xtina must've dressed to impress for someone... we wonder who the lucky person is!

The pop princess has been running all over town today! At least she wore a clean, casual top and comfy jeans in the process.

Britney Spears ran errands in Westwood this afternoon, which included making a pit stop at Corner Bakery to pick up some food. The "Toxic" singer also ventured into Bev Hills to shop for new clothes at Theodore... and on her way out met up with beau Jason Trawick (whose office is behind the store). Good to know the couple is still going strong!

In other Britney news, her next studio album has definitely been pushed back to next year. But if you're a die-hard Brit fan, you know it'll be worth the wait!

A California appeals court rejected Joe Jackson's bid Tuesday to challenge the administration of his son's estate. A three-justice panel of the California Second District Court of Appeal unanimously ruled that Joe Jackson has no legal standing.

X17online spoke with Mr. Jackson as he left the courthouse earlier today. The troubled parent told us the following:

"They are just trying to sweep everything under the rug."

There has been a history of frustration between Joe Jackson and the two attorneys, John McClain and John Branca, who are currently in control of Michael Jackson's Estate.

Mr. Jackson not named in his son's 2002 will and therefore has no standing to object to McClain or Branca. Joe Jackson's lawyer Brian Oxman has adamantly maintained in various court filings that Michael Jackson was in New York City at the time the 2002 will was signed in Los Angeles, and therefore this will should not be considered as a valid document.

Oxman also maintains that both Branca and McClain have been hostile to Mr. Jackson since his son's untimely death.

Denise Richards stopped by Howard Stern's Radio Show this morning to promote the new season of Spike TV's Blue Mountain State just hours after ex-husband Charlie Sheen was transported to a New York hospital from his hotel suite at The Plaza Hotel.

Denise explained to Howard Stern: "Well, I came here with my daughters. It's their first time in New York. He's off this week. I came in a couple of days early before promoting the [new TV] show and he wanted to come along."

When Stern continued to ask if everything was still "hunky dory" Denise replied, "Yeah, I guess you could say it's hunky dory. It's been a very eventful trip."

Eye-witnesses dining at Daniel last night, an upper east side restaurant near The Plaza, observed Charlie Sheen acting rowdy at his table, as if he had been drinking before he arrived, according to Life & Style. Denise stopped by the restaurant to join Charlie's party, which included the escort who was reportedly locked in his hotel suite, but left shortly after. Denise appeared to have had enough of Sheen's behavior as he was "stumbling and loud and being very frisky and touchy-feely".

Denise also confessed to Stern this morning that after she married Charlie Sheen: "my life fell apart."

Sheen is scheduled to return to L.A. by private jet tonight. He will begin shooting a movie on Friday and will be back to the Two and a Half Men set the following week. A rep for Chuck Lorre Productions had "no comment" on the current situation or its effect of the show.

On Tuesday we spotted a solo Taylor Swift arriving at The Late Show in New York City, and we're not sure if David Letterman asked the country star about her hot new romance with actor Jake Gyllenhaal, but that's all we want to hear about!

At first we wanted to make a huge fuss out of the age difference, but a famous 20-year-old dating an equally famous 29-year-old isn't that big of a deal, is it? We just hope Jake doesn't break her heart!

With the success of Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, Hollywood has found a new fairy tale to tackle: Snow White!

Inception's Tom Hardy is circling the key role of Eric, The Huntsman in "Snow White and the Huntsman," a spec script by writer Evan Daugherty. The story takes a "revisionist buddy movie spin" on the tale, with the huntsman hired by the evil queen to locate her runaway stepdaughter.

Universal has fast tracked the project and, according to The Playlist, the studio is courting Angelina Jolie to play Ravenna, the evil queen/villain of the story.

After Jolie finishes her Bosnian War love story, she has another possible rival fairy tale project on the horizon: Tim Burton's Maleficent. While Jolie has expressed interest in this script as well, nothing has yet been decided...
