Eva Longoria may have gotten into a frightening car accident on Wednesday night (thankfully no one was hurt!) and just 24 hours after another driver carelessly crashed into the Desperate Housewives starlet, she was on the red carpet at the premiere of Latinos Living The American Dream, which was presented by Pepsi. Talk about a trooper!

After Mel Gibson's role in The Hangover sequel got the ax, Liam Neeson tells Variety that he will now be taking over the part.

"I just got a call to do a one-day shoot on Hangover 2 as a tattooist in Thailand, and that's all I know about it," Neeson says. "I just laughed my leg off when I saw The Hangover, I was shooting in Berlin earlier this year and rented it on the hotel TV."

Neeson's A-Team co-star Bradley Cooper (who starred in the first Hangover film) was the one who brought him on board, and Neeson has already left his New York home to shoot the role. Can't wait to see him play a quirky tattoo artist!

X17online has learned that Lindsay Lohan just arrived at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California, but not before making one last food run at a McDonald's drive-thru!

The starlet was accompanied by a woman and two men in a mini-van, and they stopped at the fast food restaurant about two hours into the trip. Our sources on the road tell us Lindsay didn't get out of the car, which up until that point was moving at a steady speed of 80 MPH on the freeway.

After stopping by McDonald's, Lindsay was taken directly to rehab, where she will stay until January 3, 2011.

While partner Angelina Jolie shoots her first feature as a director in Budapest, Brad Pitt hasn't exactly stayed home playing Mr. Mom.

Brad's been spotted riding his motorcycle all over town, and yesterday we even spied the daredevil traveling by helicopter! We have no idea where he needs to get to in such a hurry that he needs to travel by helicopter, but traffic in Budapest is notoriously bad, so perhaps he just wanted to avoid the crunch!

The Slovenian-born basketball player popped the question to the Russian-born tennis beauty last Tuesday. The happy news was confirmed to CNBC by Sharpova's rep.

The two pro-athletes first stepped out together last November. This will be the first marriage for both.

Michael Lohan, who was present at the Beverly Hills Courthouse this morning for Lindsay's hearing, says he was attacked last night outside of his Santa Monica apartment ... and he's got the wounds to prove it.

X17online grabbed these shots of Lohan just before the hearing began. You can clearly see the wounds on his hand and neck that were caused by "a blade of some kind," says a source.

When Lohan was asked for details on the incident, Lindsay's dad did keep his promise about not speaking to the media and declined comment.

However, according to a source, Michael had gone out for a smoke last night and was attacked from behind. He refused to be transported to the hospital, and instead, chose to be treated at his apartment.

Police are still looking for the alleged attacker.

David Beckham went shopping at Ralph Lauren last night, and we're not sure if the soccer stud was picking something up for Victoria or one of his three sons, but someone's definitely getting some designer goodies!

Despite the infidelity rumors plaguing the couple, David wore his wedding band, and we're not sure if the hipster glasses were his wife's idea, but we dig 'em!
