Michael Lohan says he has spoken to Lou Taylor ... the woman who allegedly was hired by Lindsay's mom, Dina, to control Lindsay's personal and financial life.

Papa Lohan says that after speaking with Taylor, he clearly understands her intentions when it comes to the conservatorship issue. However, Lindsay's dad isn't holding back on addressing, what he calls, more of Dina's lies.

He tells X17online exclusively:

"Dina is a lying , pathetic, scheming NARCISSIST. Look at her roots ...not her hair!! Well I guess you can, because they are as dark as her souls. If she thinks she has me beat, she's crazier than we all know. The Koo Koo has seriously left her clock!

Can you tell that I am fed up with this lying, poor excuse for a mother, who only wants to live and benefit off her kids with NO regard for the well being. Why? Because lost souls have none!

I will battle high and low, to help my kids and thwart every single plan this evil women has ... including avoiding payment to my family, Tony Almeida and all the other people she owes money to and have judgements against her. She is spiritually bankrupt, indigent at best without living off Lindsay. Boy, maybe the next attempt at her reality show will be, "Living OFF Lohan." I can't wait till the day Dina and I can debate things face to face. Lohan says that he has yet to receive an invitation to Lindsay's upcoming "family weekend" at Betty Ford Center.

Attorney Gloria Allred always has to give her two cents on everything!

Hilary Swank is promoting her new film Conviction - here she is outside Letterman in NYC - a true story about Betty Anne Waters, who worked years becoming a lawyer to free her wrongfully accused brother Kenneth from prison.

So why does Allred have some "particularly strong words" for the actress herself? Because Swank, who's also an executive producer on the film, never consulted with the actual murder victim's (Katharina Brow) children.

Gloria Allred says: "The murder victim's children feel that no proper respect or compassion has been shown by Ms. Swank for the murder victim and her family."

In a press conference today, Allred and the kids say they want a sit-down with the actress. Le sigh.

Christina Aguilera's recent Bionic album may have been the 29-year-old singer's therapeutic outlet for a not-so-solid marriage.

Xtina, who today filed for divorce from her husband Jordan Bratman, sang about her heartache in numerous tracks including You Lost Me. Reports have surfaced claiming that the split was due to Christina's infidelities, however in the lyrics, Xtina points the finger at her mate.
