Ryan Seacrest ... host of E! News, CEO of Ryan Seacrest Productions, Executive Producer of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, host of American Idol, American Top 40 radio personality and the voice of KIIS FM's morning radio show in LA ... is adding EVEN MORE to his plate by creating his own cable network.

Seacrest, who's partnering with talent agency CAA and concert giant AEG, is in the early stages of the venture.

Reports claim that Seacrest will not be the face of the network, however, he'll remain an "influential partner" when it comes to programming. As for what will be on the network, the content is being described as "music, pop culture and lifestyle oriented" shows.

Sources close to the deal say that the new channel will not compete with Seacrest's work on E! ... and that he will continue as host of E! News Live.

Miley Cyrus dined with some rather mature friends at the new Greek restaurant Xandros last night, and the 17-year-old pop princess showed off some serious leg when we snapped her leaving. Of course, this is nothing compared to her brand new music video!

Now that Miley is inching closer and closer to her 18th birthday, is all chaos going to break loose on November 23 when she's no longer considered a child anymore? She still won't be a legal adult, but seeing as she's already gotten into one of the hottest nightclubs in Hollywood, obviously that's not going to be an issue for her!

CNN anchor Anderson Cooper has spoken out about Vince Vaughn dropping the “that’s so gay” line in the trailer for his new film, The Dilemma.

Anderson tells Ellen DeGeneres, “I was sitting in a movie theater over the weekend and there was a preview of [Vince Vaughn's new] movie, and in it, the actor said, ‘that’s so gay,’ and I was shocked that not only that they put it in the movie, but that they thought that it was okay to put that in a preview for the movie to get people to go and see it. I just find those words, those terms - we’ve got to do something to make those words unacceptable ’cause those words are hurting kids."

Anderson added, “Someone else I talked to recently said that the words people use and the things people say about other kids online, it enters into their internal dialogue. When you’re a kid, it can change the way you see yourself and the way you think about yourself - the worth that you give to yourself. I think we really need to focus on what language we’re using and how we’re treating these kids.”
