Lawsuits all around!

Now Blac Chyna's bisexual ex wannabe model Pilot Jones is taking the former stripper and Rob Kardashian to court, claiming the former couple cyberbullied and gay-shamed him!

Let's try to understand this ... Chyna sued Rob for cyberbulling, slut-shaming and cyberstalking and then Rob turned around and sued Chyna for being an unfit mother and doing drugs and drinking; now Jones is suing both of these guys for mostly the same stuff! He says the former couple disseminated private information that led to so much stress he almost committed suicide.

He said Rob and Chyna shared his email address and phone number on social media and a slew of phone calls and emails followed, among them two reading: "T'oday will be the last day of you walking b----,' and 'You're a f------ snake for doing that to Rob & Chyna.'" Jones and Chyna dated "around the end of 2015" when Chyna and Rob were having trouble, but the reality stars eventually reunited and joined together to battle Jones.

Jones said he tried to kill himself following the scandal in 2016 because he was afraid it would ruin his relationship with his two sons. He says of the entire incident: "I'm not the only bisexual man that Blac Chyna has dated, and I was not the last, you know what I'm saying? I feel like the thing that brought us together, she's used against me. She tried to make me feel ashamed of who I am, and that's not OK." He says Chyna "tried to intimidate [him] via social media" and "clearly did bully" him over his sexuality. His suit states: "At the end of the day, all of us in this situation are parents and look at the example that we are teaching. These platforms are being used to really harass people. I was outed on social media."

We caught up with Chyna at LAX today and asked her about it ...

Being a mother of three ain't easy!

Kourtney Kardashian could hardly keep her eyes open during a family outing to the farmers' market on Sunday. Kids Reign, Penelope and Mason kept her busy, even though she had a friend along with them, and poor Kourt looked like she was about to pass out!

Speaking of passing out ... on last night's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kourt was raging in Mexico for her birthday celebration -- which was shot a couple months ago -- and bragging out throwing up in her bed and passing out in her puke! Who knew the mother-of-three could rage like that! Meanwhile, baby daddy Scott Disick was jealous and pissed off that his baby mama is allowed to party like that and not get sent to rehab, as he said he would have been. Funny what a different a few weeks makes; I don't think Kourtney even gives a sh*t if Scott goes to rehab at this point; she OVER IT! She's calling his hook-ups hookings (Sofia Richie) and seems to have just completely given up on the Lord. Anyway, check out this scene, which really feels like a throwback at this point ...

These two are still going strong! The 47-year-old diva Mariah Carey is making it work with her much younger boyfriend Bryan Tanaka, 34. After calling off her engagement to Australian media magnate James Packer last October, Mariah's been joined at the hip with her backup dancer beau -- and it's no surprise, he's WAY hotter than Packer -- Packer wasn't packing much heat. That said, is is a billionaire.

The couple shared a romantic dinner at sushi restaurant Katsuya Hollywood Saturday night, both clad in matching black leather biker jackets. The two like to dress alike -- in fact the absolute best part of Mimi's World, Mariah's reality show, was her taking Bryan shopping in Paris for a new leather jacket and other big-ticket items, while he kinda acted like a diva to the store clerks and assistants ... even though he was one of them about five minutes before!

Beyonce's mom Tina Knowles posted a throwback of her adorable daughter and fans are going wild at how closely the young star resembles Blue Ivy. Tina wrote: "If Beyoncé don’t look like Blue on this photo!!! Getting her braids done by Toni."

You might have thought Blue was the spitting image of her dad Jay Z but this pic proves otherwise. It might also prove -- to those who don't believe that Beyonce was ever pregnant -- that Blue IS in fact the genetic offspring of Beyonce. Of course I guess that doesn't prove she carried her for nine months ...

Harvey Weinstein has been fired by his own company after The New York Times published an explosive expose of Weinstein's decades of alleged sexual harassment against women.

In light of new information about misconduct by Harvey Weinstein that has emerged in the past few days, the directors of The Weinstein Company — Robert Weinstein, Lance Maerov, Richard Koenigsberg and Tarak Ben Ammar — have determined, and have informed Harvey Weinstein, that his employment with The Weinstein Company is terminated, effective immediately,” the Weinstein Company board of representatives said in a statement.

The Oscar winner had taken a leave of absence from his company earlier this week after the report was published. And this isn't the only fallout, Weinstein had hired LA attorney Lisa Bloom, daughter of famed womens-rights attorney Gloria Allred, to "learn about myself” and “conquer my demons." Well she announced via Twitter on Saturday that she quit -- no doubt she had pressure from her mom not to work for an f-ing DEMON!

Hollywood has been relatively silent other than Rose McGowen and Ashley Judd being outspoken accusers of the famed producer. Others have criticized those in the industry for not coming forward sooner or now, in defense of the women who've made accusations, often Tweeting something to the effect of, "the silence is deafening." Some, like Girls producer Judd Apatow have defended other women for not coming forward, highlighting the risk they'd take after "working their asses off" to get to the top, only to risk having it taken away if they'd spoken out.

One thing's for sure, we'd like to hear from more men in the industry who knew of Harvey's horrible acts. Speak now or forever hold your peace, dudes ...

Hot mama! Khloe Kardashian showed off her new pregnancy curves during a promotional event for her Good American denim line at Nordstom Saturday in LA. She's finally got the fuller cleavage she always wanted, without having to get implants! And we're pretty sure we see the beginnings of a baby bump under her silk kimono top. She went from a 27 waist, after being tighted with a waist trainer and worked out by an actual trainer, to a slightly plumper mid-section.

And don't go hating on us for commenting on your weight gain, Khloe ... you said we were fat shaming, we said you were likely pregnant and now t seems pretty much confirmed that you are, so why'd you Tweet about our comments about you wearing sweats?! When are you going to make the official announcement?! We think you look awesome and we're SO happy you're going to start a family; we're not fat-shaming!

Kourtney Kardashian is paying the price for beauty!

The mother-of-three paid a pretty penny to have her skin peeled and pricked and popped on Friday and she emerged from a Beverly Hills medispa looking greasy and decidedly unglamorous ... but her facialist must know what she's doing -- Kourtney always looks amazing!

Certainly the 38-year-old is feeling the need to keep up with younger women and maintain her beauty -- she's got a 24-year-old boyfriend, Younes Bendjima, and her ex, Scott Disick, is dating 19-year-old Sofia Richie. Lemme tell you, there's NO way a woman in her late 30s can replicate the taught, smooth skin of a teenager -- and I'm not just referring to facial skin ... But then, the Lord knows that fact all too well!

Sometimes you just need your parent!

Ben Affleck spent some quality time with mom Christine this morning in Brentwood, just two days after we caught him leaving his outpatient buddhist rehab facility in West Hollywood. The actor has been receiving treatment for his alcohol addiction, after initially seeking help last February and getting sober.

Rumors that the Batman star had relapsed have been circulating for months, and he was spotted buying booze with girlfriend Lindsay Shookus on multiple occasions.

A source tells X17:

"Ben's friends have been on him about keeping up with treatment. When he got out of rehab earlier this year, he was really focused, but then he started to take a more relaxed approach to sobriety when he went public with Lindsay. Everyone thought it was only a matter of time before Ben let his drinking get out of hand again, so they told him in no uncertain terms to get more help. Jen Garner has largely kept her mouth shut, but she does worry and want the best for him because of the kids."

Brad Pitt should offer him up some advice on how to stay on the straight and narrow!
