Scott Disick hit the Calabasas mall yesterday, and for the first time in forever, girlfriend Sofia Richie wasn't with him. Did they break up? We wouldn't be surprised if there's some serious tension in their relationship, given that her dad Lionel recently said the reality star bad boy was basically his worst nightmare!

"He thinks Scott is the worst person she could ever see and that he raised her better than that. He thinks she should have more respect for herself as a young woman. Lionel knows Scott’s playboy ways and he doesn’t want to see his daughter get hurt," a source dished to People.

The legendary singer has reason to worry, too!

"Sofia is much more invested in the relationship than Scott. Scott isn’t treating this as a long-term relationship whatsoever. He is just having fun. Sofia wanted commitment from him, so he committed to be her ‘boyfriend,'" the source added.

Apparently, The Lord isn't into being a one-woman man, and is still hung up on Kourtney Kardashian and flirting with other chicks.

"He still has Kourtney at the top of his mind all the time, and he is still texting and flirting with other girls. Sofia is very young and naive and doesn’t know what she’s in for. She feels like she’s in the in-crowd right now and loves that Scott has swagger and money and that he loves to travel and party," the insider revealed.

Kim Zolciak's daughter Brielle Biermann hit up Nobu Malibu last night for dinner, and when photographers asked her about her feud with Nene Leakes, she flipped them off! Her whole reason of going to the celeb hot spot was obviously to get questioned about it and make some more headlines!

The beef began when the teen filmed bugs crawling around in Leakes' bathroom during a dinner party that was being filmed for RHOA, and suggested that Nene's Atlanta home was infested with cockroaches. That didn't sit too well with the hotheaded TV personality, and she decided to go OFF on her former friend's kid, calling her a racist and a wannabe Kylie Jenner!

"@briellebiermann We don't have roaches! If you found 1, u brought it with u or it fell outta yo funky p*ssy! Please know I will get You all the way together when you start f*cking wit me and mine! Brielle was quick to fire back!

"I’m not calling BLACK people roaches! I found a roach in NENEs home! not calling her a roach dumb f—. doesn’t matter if you’re black, white, hispanic, asian etc you can still have roaches in ur house if u don’t f—ing clean ur s—!!! #callorkinpls,” she wrote on Instagram.

Kim then jumped into mama bear mode and told her side of the story.

“First off that video is a combination of 2 videos! I COMBINED THEM! Brielle posted the first video on snap unaware of the large bug in front of her when she was kneeling down .. until her DM’s blew up! She removed the video immediately!! I was filming as an INVITED guest at @neneleakes for RHOA!! Brielle was invited as well!” the mother of six wrote on her Instagram page.

“Brielle went to the bathroom and saw several bugs and had sent ME the video on snap and NO ONE ELSE!!! We ARE filming a show, remember that, (RHOA) and Nene released this video herself! No one has EVER seen this video but RHOA! Nobody would have ever seen this video! Nene has said and done some things that are absolutely disgusting, however I will take the high road as you will see it on the show soon enough, but you WILL NOT make it seem as though my daughter did ANYTHING wrong! She never posted this video nor would she! As you see here I myself was not willing to send the video just for ratings for RHOA. END OF STORY,” Zolciak-Biermann added.

Nene then claimed Kim did sent the video to their costars, and says despite her insistence, the wig wearing blonde was never invited to her party in the first place.

The Don't Be Tardy star isn't taking the racism claims lightly, and says that Nene is just pissed about her reputation.

“It’s so sad and offensive that someone can stoop so low as to call someone a racist just because they are mad. Everyone in my life knows that I am far from racist and unfortunately NeNe Leakes has tried for the last 10 years to paint that picture because that’s her last resort. (It’s convenient that I’m not racist when we are getting along.) In a day and age where racism is very much alive and people are actually dying because of real racists, it’s heartbreaking that NeNe would cry wolf like this only because she’s upset. I think everyone including NeNe needs to spend some time uplifting people instead of tearing them down. NeNe should be embracing love instead of making up lies. There is absolutely no credibility to anything that she has said. I will NOT stand for these slanderous comments!” she continued in another post.

Too late! We all know you're sexist now!

Cam Newton has made a video apology, after getting backlash and losing sponsorships over remarks he made to a female sports reporter during a press conference earlier this week.

The Carolina Panthers quarterback had the most condescending reaction when Charlotte Observer reporter Jourdan Rodrigue asked him about the "route-running" of one of his teammates, and people are outraged. "It's funny to hear a female talk about routes. Like, it's funny," he said while chuckling. What an ass!

Since then, Dannon Oikos yogurt has dropped his endorsement deal, and other brands may follow suit. No wonder he's saying sorry!

"After careful thought, I understand that my word choice was extremely degrading and disrespectful to women. And to be honest, that was not my intention. If you are a person who took offense to what I said, I sincerely apologize to you," he said in the Twitter vid.

Then he brought his daughters into it to try and seem like he has respect for women.

"At their age, I try to instill in them that they can do and be anything that they want to be. The fact that during this process I've already lost sponsors and countless fans, I realized that the joke is really on me. And I've learned a valuable lesson from this. To the young people who see this, I hope that you learn something from this as well. Don't be like me; be better than me," he continued. "To the reporters, to the journalists, to the moms — super moms — to the daughters, the sisters and the women all around the world, I sincerely apologize and hope that you can find the kindness of your heart to forgive me. Thank you," he added.

He deserves all the bad press he's getting.

Things are about to get nasty.

Harvey Weinstein is planning to sue the New York Times for up to $50 million over their bombshell expose about his decades of sexual harassment and secret settlements, and he's hired Charles J. Harder, the LA attorney who brought down Gawker after winning a $140 million verdict for Hulk Hogan.

"The New York Times published today a story that is saturated with false and defamatory statements about Harvey Weinstein. It relies on mostly hearsay accounts and a faulty report, apparently stolen from an employee personnel file, which has been debunked by 9 different eyewitnesses. We sent the Times the facts and evidence, but they ignored it and rushed to publish. We are preparing the lawsuit now. All proceeds will be donated to women’s organizations," Harder said in a statement to Page Six.

Weinstein says his wife Georgina Chapman and his kids are standing by him amid the allegations.

"I have had tough conversations with my family, really tough ones but my family is standing with me.I have a journey and I have to prove to every person that's out there that I'm worthy of them and I have to prove to my family the same thing. This is going to be a journey, a lonely journey, but a journey where my wife and kids couldn't be stronger and couldn't be standing behind me more," he told the Daily Mail.

The studio exec also revealed that he plans to apologize to Ashley Judd, who accused him of inviting her to watch him shower during a business meeting at the Peninsula hotel.

"Here's what I feel about Ashley. She wrote a story in Variety (that did not name Weinstein but described the incident) that was one way, now she's remembering this way. My feeling is I read her book [the memoir All That is Bitter and Sweet] about being abused as a child. Whatever Ashley wants to say about me, I'm going to be supportive. I need to earn her forgiveness. I thought we had a relationship at one time, the goal is to get that back. I salute her like everybody else does," he added.

A lot of celebs are staying silent on the matter, but others like Judd Apatow, Brie Larson, and Lena Dunham are speaking out, without naming Weinstein directly. Here are some of their reactions.

Judd Apatow: "Wealthy people buy silence with settlements. The confidentiality clause allows predators to hurt other people. For decades. People with money pay off the people they hurt. Like Trump did with Trump U and like Cosby. If you accept the cash they keep doing it."
Lena Dunham: "The women who chose to speak about their experience of harassment by Harvey Weinstein deserve our awe. It's not fun or easy. It's brave."
Brie Larson: "As always, I stand with the brave survivors of sexual assault and harassment. It's not your fault. I believe you."
Ellen Barkin: "I'm sick to death of apologies, all of these endless meaningless apologies. Do something right or go f*ck yourselves. Until I have something to add to the conversation I will treat it like I do anything else, I will educate myself. He has admitted what he's done, there's the proof. I don't know when she said this but I give Ashley Judd an enormous amount of credit coming forward. I know it's not fair for other victims but it is just more loaded coming from a well known successful actress or unfortunately maybe more 'newsworthy.'"

Gloria Allred disapproves of daughter Lisa Bloom defending Weinstein, and she made that very clear by releasing a statement.

"Had I been asked by Mr. Weinstein to represent him, I would have declined, because I do not represent individuals accused of sex harassment. I only represent those who allege that they are victims of sexual harassment. While I would not represent Mr. Weinstein, I would consider representing anyone who accused Mr. Weinstein of sexual harassment, even if it meant that my daughter was the opposing counsel," she said in the statement.

Bloom, for her part, maintains that she's doing the right thing by helping the Hollywood power house to reform his ways.

"As a women's rights advocate, I have been blunt with Harvey and he has listened to me. I have told him that times have changed, it is 2017, and he needs to evolve to a higher standard. I have found Harvey to be refreshingly candid and receptive to my message. He has acknowledged mistakes he has made. He is reading books and going to therapy. He is an old dinosaur learning new ways," she said in her own statement.

The person we feel the most sorry for in this whole thing is his publicist!

Jennifer Lawrence hit the Calabasas mall yesterday, and we couldn't help but notice that she had a ring on her wedding finger. Did boyfriend Darren Aronofsky propose? They've been dating for about a year, so it wouldn't be totally out of the blue.

The Oscar winner and her Mother director beau both hate the spotlight and try their best to keep their relationship out of the press, but it sounds like things are serious between them. One thing the actress particularly likes is that it's pretty easy to maintain their privacy, unlike when she dated Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

“She struggled when she dated Chris and seemed very stressed out. With Darren, it will probably be different. He does not attract attention like Chris does. He does not seem like a person who enjoys being a celebrity. Jennifer is the same,” a source dished to People.

Even if she is set to wed, don't count on babies just yet! In fact, she recently admitted her maternal clock isn't ticking in the slightest.

"Not at all. They are actually getting less and less as I get older, which is starting to worry me. I don’t think that’s how it’s supposed to work! When I was 21 or 22 I was like, ‘I can’t wait to be a mother. Now I’m like…'" she told E! News.

It's hard to fly under the radar when you're the biggest film star of a generation!

Ben's trying a new type of rehab this time ... Buddhist meditation therapy!

We reported Tuesday that the often-troubled actor was being urged by pals to seek treatment again -- he's been in rehab a couple of different times, reportedly for alcohol abuse and for gambling -- and in fact Affleck is already at it, trying out some very zen outpatient therapy here in LA.

The Batman actor arrived in his curtained SUV around 10am on Wednesday morning to the treatment center, painted with Buddhas. He was pretty serious and pretty scruffy as he entered the building, walking as quickly as he could, with his iced coffee from Starbucks, so as not to have to deal with our photographers.


But three hours later, perhaps a few yoga poses and some counseling under his belt, Ben emerged happy, smiling ... a new man! An employee of the center brought in no fewer than THREE diet cokes for Affleck, so all the caffeine might have had something to do with his mood, but whatever it was, we'll take it!

He carried out a sweatshirt that read, "Meditate and Destroy." Cute! I think ...

Oh and check out the blonde in the background of the exit pix ... she escorted Ben -- on the way in and on the way out, and rode home with him. No, that's not his girlfriend Lindsay Shookus ...

She really is the K clan's worst nightmare!

Rob Kardashian and Kylie Jenner filed a lawsuit against Blac Chyna for battery, assault, and vandalism at the end of September, and now the former stripper has a plan to make sure they never end up in court, by threatening to spill all the Kardashian family secrets. We find it hard to believe she didn't sign a nondisclosure agreement when she started dating Kimmy K's little bro, but maybe she found some loopholes.

“She is planning to reveal everything she knows about the Kardashians. Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian are terrified," a source dished to In Touch.

BC also has knowledge of her former boyfriend's drug use, which she plans to use against him if this beef isn't squashed.

"She has told the Kardashian camp she wants at least seven figures to make all of this go away, which they could easily pay just to be rid of her,” the source added.

We don't know how this doesn't amount to extortion!

Harvey Weinstein is taking a leave of absence after a bombshell New York Times article exposed the studio boss' decades of sexual harassment and subsequent settlements.

The piece revealed that Weinstein once asked Ashley Judd if she wanted to watch him shower during a breakfast meeting at the Peninsula hotel. He paid actress Rose McGowan $100K for an unknown incident shortly after she appeared in Scream, and there were over seven other women he'd settled with over the years.

Most recently, the movie industry big wig payed out Italian model Ambra Battilana, who accused him of groping her and reaching up her skirt in 2015.

Judd recalled her experience with Weinstein in a Variety article in 2015, but declined to mention his name.

"I was with a bunch of other actors, and it was critical that it was actors: The exact same thing had happened to them by the exact same mogul. Only when we were sitting around talking about it did we realize our experiences were identical. There was a mutual strengthening and fortification of our resolve. The ultimate thing when I was weaseling out of everything else was, 'Will you watch me take a shower?' And all the other women, sitting around this table with me, said, 'Oh my god—that's what he said to me too,'" she recounted.

Weinstein just released the below statement:

"I came of age in the 60's and 70's, when all the rules about behavior and workplaces were different. That was the culture then. I have since learned it's not an excuse, in the office - or out of it. To anyone. I realized some time ago that I needed to be a better person and my interactions with the people I work with have changed. I appreciate the way I've behaved with colleagues in the past has caused a lot of pain, and I sincerely apologize for it. Though I'm trying to do better, I know I have a long way to go. That is my commitment. I've brought on therapists and I plan to take a leave of absence from my company and to deal with this issue head on. I so respect all women and regret what happened."

He is currently married to designer Georgina Chapman and the couple has two young children.
