Last night Katherine Heigl was spotted returning to her NYC hotel, and the former Grey’s Anatomy star looked a little bit out of it as we snapped her in the street. Or maybe it's a bad makeup job?

The Project Runway host is finally retiring after 13 years!

Heidi Klum, 37, just announced that she is leaving Victoria's Secret. "All good things have to come to an end," Heidi says. "I will always love Victoria's Secret. It has been an absolutely amazing time!"

Heidi also won't be walking in the company's fashion show this November, an event she started hosting in 2002. Hey, she's got four kids at home to take care of!

Not to mention keeping her sexy hubby Seal company.

Justin Timberlake, who stars in The Social Network (in theaters October 1), graces the latest cover of Entertainment Weekly, and the singer/actor chats about how he is putting his music career on hold to get more face time on the big screen.

On how Timberlake snagged the role of Napster co-founder Sean Parker, he says:

"I did a marathon of testing for the film. I tested more than anyone. I have to fight against my music career-I'm cognizant of that. But I didn't care. I loved the part and I wanted to work with David [Fincher] so bad that I was like, "We can read this scene butt-naked if you guys want."

Will Justin ever play a superhero?

"I don't think so. I tested for one [rumored to be The Green Lantern]. I don't think I'm the superhero type. I think it's important to know when you're not the guy."

So what about getting back into music this year?

"Does a painter make a painting because he has to make it by December 21st? No, he doesn’t. It happens when it pours out of him. That’s how music is for me ... I never stop making music. I don’t know what else to tell you, except that I just don’t know [in] what capacity I want to be involved anymore ... All I’m saying is, in very simple terms, I’ll know when I know. And until I know, I don’t know [when I'll put another album out]."

And this strikes us as somewhat odd.

Britney Spears has been living under the rules of this conservatorship since February 2008 with progress hearings occurring regularly every few months... but Britney has not shown up to court for any of them. So why now?

Paris Hilton has reportedly landed a new reality show with the Oxygen Network, and it will focus on the REAL Paris, rather than the party loving socialite, as she's been portrayed on other shows. A source tells the NY Post, "This isn't The Simple Life, where she played a campy version of herself. This show will give viewers a glimpse of the real Paris and her life, which is sometimes quite amazing."

Yesterday we snapped the heiress shopping for a watch at Philippe's in Beverly Hills, and she looked thrilled with the possibility of moving forward with her life. Then again, this was before her boyfriend's alleged hit-and-run at BOA last night...
