Shakira gave us a taste of her new music video the other day, and now here's the whole enchilada!

The 33-year-old Colombian hottie sings "Loca" with British rapper Dizzee Rascal, and this is the first single from her upcoming album, The Sun Comes Out (Sale el Sol), which hits stores October 19.

A source tells X17online exclusively that Lindsay Lohan has checked into the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California. This will be troubled actress' fifth stay in rehab, and she managed to slip out of her West Hollywood high rise apartment complex and check in earlier this week.

As we previously reported, treatment at the clinic costs $26,000 a month, and since its opening in 1982, the Betty Ford Center has focused on providing effective treatment services for alcoholism and other drug dependencies.

Betty Ford has treated celebs like Elizabeth Taylor, Johnny Cash, Liza Minnelli, Ozzy Osbourne, Tom Arnold, Kelsey Grammer, David Hasselhoff, the late Anna Nicole Smith, Keith Urban, Chevy Chase and Gary Busey among others. Michael Lohan has spoken out about the news that Lindsay is at Betty Ford, and this is what he told X17online exclusively:

"Now that word is out. Look at the "short" list of people who went to Betty Ford. Most if not all relapsed. I went there myself and I will TELL you. Betty Ford is a Country Club. They administer pprescription meds, and even put their patients on prescription meds. Once more, they DON'T have family therapy AT ALL. Conflict resolution and family therapy are a key component in recovery! Her turmoil and the root of her problems are her family. This will not work! Mark my words! It is however, comforting to know Lindsay is in a safe place and away from her enablers. Unfortunately, if BF gives her any prescription drugs, they become another enabler. Back to square one!"

Michael Lohan has revealed that Dina Lohan and Lindsay's manager/life coach Lou Taylor (who has worked with Britney Spears) are working to obtain a conservatorship for Lindsay, and he's going to fight it every step of the way.

While Lindsay has made it clear that she is relying on the support of her family, she's made a handful of comments regarding her father which don't seem to indicate he's part of the plan. Then again, Britney Spears seemed to resist her own parents at first, and after her dad Jamie Spears was put in charge of her conservatorship, look how far she's come!

Michael tells X17online exclusively:

"Since Dina and Lou are going to try to be co-conservators, I had a choice of fighting it or petitioning for the purpose of appointing two conservators who don't have an interest in Lindsay's money, but rather her as a person and human being. It is being worked on and NO I will not be conservator but I will be damned if Lou Taylor (who only knows Lindsay 3 months) or Dina (who can't handle herself or her own financial affairs) are co-conservators. I just want Lindsay's life and career to be guided by people who are in it with their hearts, NOT their hands."

Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits was reportedly cited for a hit-and-run on Wednesday night, after hitting a paparazzo after dinner at BOA in West Hollywood.

According to witnesses on the scene, Cy allegedly bumped into a female photographer (pictured above), but rather than stopping to get her information and make sure she was alright, the couple drove off in their Bentley. The photographer called police, and paramedics were also called and took her to a local hospital.

Waits told a news outlet that he was not cited for hit and run, but rather he believes the photographer placed him under citizen's arrest. Based on the pictures we snapped, neither Paris nor Cy seemed to realize they had hit anyone, and police may be looking into all the photogs on the scene, because the flashes from their cameras could have interfered with the operation of a motor vehicle which is something they'd get in trouble for. Just about an hour ago Paris tweeted, "Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi. They are literally insane! Gong to bed. Sweet dreams everyone. Love Paris xoxo"

Someone reportedly notified Cy via text message that he had struck a pap, at which point he called the police returned to the scene without Paris.
