Christina and The-Dream's marriage may have been short-lived and their breakup contentious, but at least they got a beautiful little girl out of the union!

Katherine Heigl was snapped returning to the Ritz-Carlton in NYC last night, and shortly after that we spotted the actress stepping out of the hotel for a dinner date with Life As We Know It co-star, Josh Duhamel. Katherine couldn't stop giggling, and we know there's nothing going on with these two (duh, he's married to Fergie) but we have to wonder what the duo talked about as they noshed on yummy cuisine at David Burke's Townhouse restaurant!

Jenny McCarthy, 37, dished to Oprah - in an episode that airs Tuesday - about why she and actor Jim Carrey split earlier this year and this is what she had to say:

"You know, the simple word I can give – and there's a few, so let me say a few. The first thing is, when it's not fun anymore, you need to start investigating and do an inquiry into the relationship."

Okay, not super harsh but still. Of all the people to call not fun!

Oprah also asks Jenny if she thinks the two will reunite at some point, to which Jenny says: "I didn't even think about that." Er, we'll take that as a maybe!

Jordan Gertner, producer of Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story, has spoken to X17online to confirm that they're sticking by Lindsay Lohan's side when it comes to making the movie.

Gertner told X17online exclusively, "Lindsay's our Linda Lovelace. We're committed to have Lindsay in the movie. Our lead actress is currently not available, so we'll continue to change our schedule until she is."

When asked about internet rumors that actresses Elisha Cuthbert and Taryn Manning were possible replacements for Lindsay, Gertner said those reports are "completely and utterly untrue."

So what about production moving to California to accommodate Lindsay and her legal troubles? "We haven't decided on a shooting location, but it will all depend on Lindsay," Gertner told us. At least Lindsay has her first post-rehab job lined up!

Tobey Maguire and wife Jennifer Meyer took their adorable kids Ruby and Otis to brunch at Le Pain Quotidien in West Hollywood on Sunday, and it looks like they were able to head home just before the heat took over LA. With temps soaring into the high 90s over the weekend, we're guessing Spiderman and his fam lounged poolside for the rest of the day!

Paris Hilton has settled a suit against Hallmark for an undisclosed amount after the greeting card giant used her image and catchphrase "that's hot" on a card.

Paris sued the company in 2007 claiming her publicity rights had been violated, and after three long years, the hotel heiress has finally prevailed, reports THR.

Paris initially sued for $500,000. A confidentiality agreement prevents disclosure of the actual amount she won, but it's said to be a "favorable" figure.

Paris probably could have used a little good legal news right about now!

Halle and her adorable daughter Nahla spent Sunday shopping in West Hollywood at trendy CB2, where Nahla showed what a big girl she is by carrying her own drink!

Since her new man Olivier is not around Halle's making the most of her time by spending it with her favorite girl.

I wonder if Nahla's met Martinez yet? And if so, does she approve?

Nick Jonas is following in Justin Bieber's footsteps, taking a guest-starring role on major network series with a guest-starring role on Matthew Perry's new show Mr. Sunshine.

Jonas will play a singer (what a stretch!) who is being a bit of a diva about things being absolutely perfect before he performs at the Sunshine Center stadium where Perry's character works, reports USA Today.

An air date hasn't been set yet but we have a feeling Nick's fans will find him wherever he lands!
