The Oscar-nominated actress was snapped going to a house party in Calabasas over the scorching hot weekend, and it looks like she left her bra at home! Then again, after spending the money on implants earlier this year, we think she's allowed to flaunt her goods!

Cash-strapped Lindsay Lohan's legal troubles may have cost her yet another job.

Taylor Swift is reportedly in talks to replace Lindsay in the romantic comedy One Night With You.

Lohan was previously in talks with producers to play the lead in the film which is about a starlet who decides to go on a reality dating show to revive her flagging career (hey, that's not a bad idea for Lindsay's real life!)

"It appears the romantic comedy may finally be off the table for Lindsay Lohan. The producers had actually talked to Taylor Swift's agent a few months back about replacing Lindsay, but Taylor was in the middle of her tour," a source told WENN. "Now that Lindsay can't conquer her troubles, they're taking the offer back to Taylor."

Taylor previously appeared in the films Valentine's Day and Hannah Montana: The Movie and in a guest-starring stint on CSI. But can the country cutie handle a starring role in a major rom-com?

J-WOWW ditched her Jersey Shore castmates for the night .... taking control of the turntables at Jet Nightclub at The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

The heavily-bronzed reality show starlet, wearing super short jean shorts and exposed black bra, hosted the night filled with house music and plenty of fist-pumping!

An insider tells X17online that J-WOWW was talking trash on Sammi "Sweetheart" throughout the night and of course, boozing it up. We're also told she couldn't stop bragging about her upcoming Playboy magazine shoot. You go, girl!

Hayden Panettiere and her super tall boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko attended the Boris Becker Wiesn during Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany, and it looks like the duo had a blast downing beers and looking festive. We loved Hayden as a cheerleader on Heroes (tear, so said Claire and Sylar are gone from TV forever!) but we have to say, Hayden in a dirndl is the next best thing!

The boys from Good Charlotte are back with a brand spanking new video for their new song "Like It's Her Birthday", complete with pole dancing, body shots and plenty of squirting champagne!

They used to be the pioneers of pop/punk, but with their matching outfits and boy band moves, they seem to be dropping the punk and moving firmly into pop territory!

Bret Michaels appears on the cover of the latest issue of Billboard magazine, and the Poison frontman is wearing his trademark bandana and not much else! Bret, who is scheduled to undergo heart surgery in a few months, suffered a brain hemorrhage last spring, so we're happy to see that he's bounced back in top form.

Bret chatted about his upcoming reality show, titled Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It, saying, “It’s an all-access backstage pass into my everyday life, about finding balance between my passion for my family, my relationship with [Kristi Gibson] and being on the road." Brett quipped, “Writers always use the phrase ‘aging rocker,’ and I’m like, “What other option do I have?” You’re either aging or you’re dead. So I’m embracing it."

Angelina Jolie's father Jon Voight is defending Shiloh Jolie-Pitt's boyish way of dressing, marveling at the fact that a 4-year-old can have that much style, whether it's masculine or feminine!

"I look at the way she dresses and she has a style," Voight told Us. "And she's only 4-years old! I'm going, 'What!?'"

Although many people are looking at her and going "What!?", Jon thinks many are making too big of a deal out of the fact that Angie and Brad allow her to express herself in that way.

"Shiloh chooses everything she wears, so she's an amazing person," he said. "The press, they're going to make a lot of stuff about it, but she's incredible."
