Kim Kardashian was showing off more than her famous curves yesterday at dinner with a gal pal.

Earlier in the day, she tweeted a pic of her brand new, $250,000 Rolls Royce Ghost!

Lindsay Lohan was bailed out of the Lynnwood Women's Detention Center last night, where she did hard time just a few months ago, after her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley submitted an appeal to Judge Eldon Fox yesterday afternoon. Her mom Dina, sister Ali and career coach Lou Taylor whisked her away in a curtained SUV (through which Lou peeked her head and grabbed her Blackberry), leaving jail right at midnight and arriving back at Lindsay's apartment at 12:27 am.



Before going to rescue Lindsay from incarceration, Dina, Ali and Lou dined at Il Forno Caldo Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills. The Tennessee-based Taylor is in town, apparently, to help guide Lindsay's comeback. That's a tall order! Taylor worked with Britney Spears' manager Larry Rudolph back in the day, to get Britney back on track and we're told it was Lou who orchestrated Jamie Spears' conservatorship over his daughter. A source told X17 previously that Lou may have similar plans in mind for Lindsay ...

Michael Douglas was looking remarkably frail and tired yesterday as he walked his daughter Carys to school.

The actor, who blames the stress of the last year (which saw his son incarcerated for dealing meth, for his throat cancer), was the picture of health at the Cannes premiere of his new film, Wall Street 2, just a few short months ago.

But even though Michael and his family are going through a difficult time right now, at least they should be getting some good news this weekend. The Friday B.O. numbers for Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps are on track to put it at number one.

Even though Snooks was dressed to impress Thursday night at Hollywood hotspots Katsuya and MyStudio, the Queen of the Jersey Shore still managed to go home solo.

She must have thought there was nothing but grenade grundle chodes in the clubs that night.

Michael Lohan attempted to visit his daughter, Lindsay, last night at the Lynwood Correctional Facility. However, Papa Lohan never got the chance to meet with Linds face to face. Now that she's bailed out of jail, Lilo's dad is hoping she heads straight to rehab.

Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"As you know, thank God, Lindsay was released from jail. However, what most don't know is that her release wasn't due to the efforts of any one person. She was released because that's what God wanted. I truly believe that God wanted to show Lindsay that Shawn Holley, Lou Taylor and Dina ( The "Machine" as Dina put it) , failed her. Lindsay walked into court, convinced by the "machine" that she would "skate" on the violation, but as it was, that did not happen. As a matter of fact, as was the case last time, Lindsay was misled.

Unfortunately. this is NOT over yet. Lindsay still has to appear before Judge Fox ( the same Judge Shawn Holley just slapped in the face), on Oct 22nd. At which time, she will have to face his decision on the violation itself. God willing, Lindsay has seen the light, and hopefully, she will listen to her heart and God, rather than the "machine". Hopefully, she will go into a rehab NOW, to keep her freedom, to show the judge that she is serious and to make the decision that will truly change her life for the better.

Dina and I caused this ( by divorcing) and it's our job to fix it. I pray that Dina and I can come to terms and do just that."

After only 14 hours behind bars, Lindsay Lohan is now a free woman after posting $300,000 bail. In the wee hours of the night, Lilo was released from the Lynwood Correctional Facility ... however, she must wear a SCRAM bracelet until she returns to court on October 22nd.

Judge Elden Fox threw Lindsay in jail yesterday after the 24-year-old actress failed two drug tests and violated her probation, but Judge Patricia Schnegg, Assistant Supervising Judge for the Los Angeles County Criminal Courts, threw out his ruling and allowed Lindsay to bail out.

As for the SCRAM bracelet, Linds has 24 hours to put it on.

Judge Elden Fox threw Lindsay Lohan in jail earlier today after the actress failed two drug tests and violated her probation, but Judge Patricia Schnegg, Assistant Supervising Judge for the Los Angeles County Criminal Courts, has thrown out his ruling and set Lindsay's bail at $300,000!

Lindsay is expected to leave the Lynwood Correctional Facility tonight, and she'll have to have a SCRAM bracelet put on within 24 hours.

The terms of her bail also dictate that she is not allowed to be in establishments where alcohol is the "chief item of sale," she can't be around known drug users, and she must submit to search by law enforcement at any time, according to TMZ.

You only get so many chances, and Lindsay Lohan has pretty much blown all of hers!

Lindsay was shocked when Judge Elden Fox put her in jail for 30 days starting today, so yet again, we find ourselves wondering what's next the 24-year-old actress. With her career in shambles, even Lindsay's management team seems to be distancing themselves from her, as we haven't heard her agent, publicist or her lawyer defend her or make any effort to protect her public image.

An industry insider tells X17online that Lindsay is "absolutely impossible" to insure for "any sort of film or TV project", and we don't see how that's going to change when she gets out of the Lynwood Correctional Facility next month. Heck, even the nightclubs in Vegas don't want to hire Lindsay for appearances, which is usually the way washed up stars can earn tens of thousands of dollars for a few days worth of work. We even spoke to one of the producers for the Linda Lovelace bio Inferno, and it seems like she's straining her relationship with them, as we were told they are still figuring out what to do now that their star is going to be locked up for the next month.

Since Lindsay isn't the cash cow she once was, will her management team give her the boot? The once promising actress can't make money, and if she can't bring in the big bucks to CAA and the rest of her team, why would they want to work with her? We'll always love Lindsay, but is she ever going to work again?
