Judge Elden Fox threw Lindsay Lohan in jail earlier today after the actress failed two drug tests and violated her probation, but Judge Patricia Schnegg, Assistant Supervising Judge for the Los Angeles County Criminal Courts, has thrown out his ruling and set Lindsay's bail at $300,000!

Lindsay is expected to leave the Lynwood Correctional Facility tonight, and she'll have to have a SCRAM bracelet put on within 24 hours.

The terms of her bail also dictate that she is not allowed to be in establishments where alcohol is the "chief item of sale," she can't be around known drug users, and she must submit to search by law enforcement at any time, according to TMZ.

You only get so many chances, and Lindsay Lohan has pretty much blown all of hers!

Lindsay was shocked when Judge Elden Fox put her in jail for 30 days starting today, so yet again, we find ourselves wondering what's next the 24-year-old actress. With her career in shambles, even Lindsay's management team seems to be distancing themselves from her, as we haven't heard her agent, publicist or her lawyer defend her or make any effort to protect her public image.

An industry insider tells X17online that Lindsay is "absolutely impossible" to insure for "any sort of film or TV project", and we don't see how that's going to change when she gets out of the Lynwood Correctional Facility next month. Heck, even the nightclubs in Vegas don't want to hire Lindsay for appearances, which is usually the way washed up stars can earn tens of thousands of dollars for a few days worth of work. We even spoke to one of the producers for the Linda Lovelace bio Inferno, and it seems like she's straining her relationship with them, as we were told they are still figuring out what to do now that their star is going to be locked up for the next month.

Since Lindsay isn't the cash cow she once was, will her management team give her the boot? The once promising actress can't make money, and if she can't bring in the big bucks to CAA and the rest of her team, why would they want to work with her? We'll always love Lindsay, but is she ever going to work again?

We're hearing Lindsay Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley will be filing an appeal on behalf of her client, because she feels as though Judge Fox doesn't have the right to deny Lindsay bail and send her to jail.

Holley met with the deputy district attorney and the judge around 1:30pm today at the Beverly Hills Courthouse, and apparently she's in the process of putting together the necessary paperwork with the appellate department of the Los Angeles Superior Court.

According to Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore, Lindsay will serve all 30 days in jail due to the "no-bail remand" issued by Judge Fox, which means she will remain behind bars until her probation violation hearing on October 22.

It's official! After leaving The Hills to pursue other projects, Lauren Conrad has confirmed to MTV that she will return to reality television.

The starlet told MTV News that she will star in a new MTV documentary reality program about launching her latest fashion line, and she said in a statement, "I am so excited to be rejoining the MTV family. The new project will follow me as I develop my new contemporary line and also touch on my other businesses."

Gail Berman and Lloyd Braun will be producing the new project, and they told MTV, "We are thrilled to be in business with a terrific young entrepreneur like Lauren. It will be a lot of fun to be exploring her new work adventure with her."

Stamos, who plays a sexy dentist, puts the Glee club girls under anesthesia ... transporting them into a re-make of Brit's video collaboration with Madonna, Me Against The Music.
