Good to know the infamous outfit will live on! Sort of.

Lady Gaga creates new fashion trends daily, but her craziest concoction yet was the meat dress she wore at the VMAs earlier this month (which she somehow explained as a gay rights dress later on) - seriously, talk about a beefy choice!

Now designer Franc Fernandez says the dress will dry out "rather than rotting," and afterward it will become "jerky," reports E! Online.

"The dress will go through a process where it becomes a sort of 'jerky' and will be archived," says Fernandez. "But it shouldn't be worn again."

At least we know it won't decompose!

Kelly Osbourne, who is looking fab these days, is dishing to Ellen DeGeneres about her post-breakup heartache. Miss O, who admits ex-fiance Luke Worrall is still on her mind, tells Ellen:

"It's been the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with in along time and I'm not over it. And for a while I thought...a small part of me wanted to still be with him but it's not right. The best your relationship is ever going to be is how it is when you're dating. We weren't happy anymore. I had to go to the next step in my life and so did he and unfortunately..."

As for how this breakup compares to previous ones, Ozzy's girl adds:

"Yeah, it sucked way more because I was going to marry him. I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him and a part of me still really does but there is a huge part of me that doesn't. Because I need a man that's going to stand next to me and say, I don't care what anyone else says that's my girlfriend shut-up. And, not many people will do that."

Kelly may be single, but she's not ready to mingle. She tells Ellen:

"I do not want to date anyone. Although, I have been rumored to been dating Chace Crawford and I don't believe I've ever met him. So that's kind of cool."

Rihanna was spotted arriving at the W Hotel in Hollywood last night, and it looks like the R&B singer is enjoying a break from shooting Battleship to hang with her bf Matt Kemp. Rihanna helped her pro baseball player beau celebrate his 26th birthday at Drai’s nightclub last night, and we're hoping she didn't hide behind her red wig the entire evening! Er, weave?

Michael Lohan, who has permanently re-located from Long Island to Los Angeles, plans on being at the Beverly Hills Courthouse tomorrow morning to support his daughter Lindsay during a hearing in which the judge will determine her punishment for violation of probation ... and his ex-wife Dina Lohan's restraining order will not be getting in the way.

Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"I'll definitely be there for Lindsay. As for Dina's restraining order against me, it has been in place for six years. We've been in the same courtroom before. If she wants to play that game, she can go ahead."

As a further dig to Dina, Michael says that Lindsay's mom doesn't have their daughter's best interest in mind when it comes to getting Lilo into a proper rehab facility. In response to his ex's alleged comments about having a team in place to squash Lindsay's recent problems, Michael tells X17online:

"That's Dina's mindset. She thinks that she's Teflon and nothing can hurt her."

Dina Lohan currently has a restraining order that requires Michael to stay 100 yards away from his her at all times.

Kim Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner (who are already on their way back to the states) made an appearance at the original Oktoberfest in Munich dressed in sexy dirndls, and we figured the ladies would get a kick out of it! The outfits were designed by Lola Paltinger, and Kim tweeted during the festivities, "My mom will not take off her drindle she is even doing interviews in it! Embarrassing!" Aww, what's wrong with playing dress up?

Last night we spotted Victoria Beckham and her hunky husband David on their way home from a romantic dinner in downtown Los Angeles, and these are the first photos of the couple together since In Touch reported that the soccer superstar was cheating on Victoria with a high end escort named Irma Nici.

Yesterday a rep for the couple shot down the rumors, calling them "ridiculous" and stated that they will take legal action, and even though it's gotta sting, this happens to famous couples all the time (Brangelina, Demi and Ashton...), so maybe Posh and Becks aren't too concerned about it?

Now that the American Idol judges have officially been announced ... Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson are sitting down with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM for their first interview as the new AI team.

Jennifer Lopez, who really seems to be in her element, speaks out about how she plans on dealing with the grueling auditions.

"You can't help but want to give them tough love. I don't think I can be cruel to another artist because I am an artist and I know what it's like to put yourself out there...being in front of people and saying 'hey, do you like me? ...and it's hard. Those kids are going to have to get up there every week and hear 'no, I didn't like that, that could have been better and you know what, if you want to perform at this level it's gonna take a lot more. But, it's always gonna be done from me with a lot of love and a lot of caring and a lot of nurturing, and honesty, for sure.

As for Steven Tyler, contestants better prepare for the Aerosmith frontman to dish out the harsh criticism ... with love, of course. As for what he'll tell the Idol hopefuls:

"Don't hate me for what I say. Don't get mad, get better."
