Last night we spotted Victoria Beckham and her hunky husband David on their way home from a romantic dinner in downtown Los Angeles, and these are the first photos of the couple together since In Touch reported that the soccer superstar was cheating on Victoria with a high end escort named Irma Nici.

Yesterday a rep for the couple shot down the rumors, calling them "ridiculous" and stated that they will take legal action, and even though it's gotta sting, this happens to famous couples all the time (Brangelina, Demi and Ashton...), so maybe Posh and Becks aren't too concerned about it?

Now that the American Idol judges have officially been announced ... Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson are sitting down with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM for their first interview as the new AI team.

Jennifer Lopez, who really seems to be in her element, speaks out about how she plans on dealing with the grueling auditions.

"You can't help but want to give them tough love. I don't think I can be cruel to another artist because I am an artist and I know what it's like to put yourself out there...being in front of people and saying 'hey, do you like me? ...and it's hard. Those kids are going to have to get up there every week and hear 'no, I didn't like that, that could have been better and you know what, if you want to perform at this level it's gonna take a lot more. But, it's always gonna be done from me with a lot of love and a lot of caring and a lot of nurturing, and honesty, for sure.

As for Steven Tyler, contestants better prepare for the Aerosmith frontman to dish out the harsh criticism ... with love, of course. As for what he'll tell the Idol hopefuls:

"Don't hate me for what I say. Don't get mad, get better."

With Lindsay's court date looming on the horizon, why would her family members leave her?

Last night we spotted Ali Lohan and her brother Michael boarding a plane at LAX, and they weren't exactly chatty with photogs as they arrived at the airport, but can you blame them? Lindsay might be going back to jail on Friday for failing her drug test, and we know they love their sister, but it's got to be annoying when that's the only subject reporters and photographers want to bring up!

Maybe Ali's got some sort of uber important modeling gig lined up? Her latest shots for Lindsay's 6126 clothing line have hit the web, and it certainly looks like the youngest gal in the Lohan clan has a bright future ahead of her:

Say it ain't so! We were finally having some respect for the starlet, but a source tells Us mag Lindsay Lohan they saw the troubled actress write her seemingly mature statement on her Blackberry at Magnolia restaurant last Friday, and she laughed and drank whiskey as she typed!

Lohan reportedly drafted the tweet as her assistant and a male pal "coached her on how to make it 'more personal,'" according to the spy. "Her friend would say, 'No, use 'setback,' don't say 'mistake.' They'll say you make mistakes all the time! It's better to say you're responsible. Denying it will just get everyone mad per usual." Lindsay's response? She reportedly "giggled" and had her assistant order her another Jack and Coke!

The source also says Linds even joked about drinking whiskey that night, telling her friends, "What are you gonna do?" I'm ill" -- making air quotes with her fingers. Let's hope Judge Fox doesn't read the gossip blogs! Then again, would it really make a difference with Lindsay going to jail or not?

A sneak peek of Katy Perry's appearance on Sesame Street has sparked controversy among parents, and now the segment has been removed from the broadcast, which was set to air later this year on PBS.

Perry sings a kid-friendly version of her hit single "Hot N Cold" with Elmo, but she wore a rather low cut dress for the performance, which even had us wondering if it was appropriate for young eyes!

A Sesame Street spokesperson released the following statement today:

"Sesame Street has a long history of working with celebrities across all genres, including athletes, actors, musicians and artists. Sesame Street has always been written on two levels, for the child and adult. We use parodies and celebrity segments to interest adults in the show because we know that a child learns best when co-viewing with a parent or care-giver. We also value our viewer’s opinions and particularly those of parents. In light of the feedback we’ve received on the Katy Perry music video which was released on You Tube only, we have decided we will not air the segment on the television broadcast of Sesame Street, which is aimed at preschoolers. Katy Perry fans will still be able to view the video on You Tube."

Miley Cyrus is back in LA and getting back to work!

Girlfriend was LOL-ing on the way to a recording studio in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon, wearing a short, feminine frock.

For once since she's been back, Miley was not attached to the hip with her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth (although we caught her texting on the way in, could she have been sending him some naughty messages?)

Of course, since Miley emphatically told her fans that she and Liam are NOT living together and NOT getting engaged, maybe she was just trying to prove a point that she is an independent woman!

Just to be clear, Madonna, 52, is 39 years older than her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes. But the pair looked more like sisters than mother/daughter at the launch of their Material Girl clothing line at Macy's in New York last night.

Of course, she was looking like an older, more conservative sister in a knee-length black dress and untorn fishnets, but still. Speaking of a family connection, Material Girl spokesmodel Taylor Momsen looked like she fit right in with the Ciccones:



In fact, they could ALL be sisters! Somewhat twisted sisters, but still!

Lindsay Lohan may get thrown in jail for thirty days on Friday, but it hasn't seemed to slow her down.

The troubled starlet is spending her last few days of freedom indulging her addictions (well, one of them at least), going shopping!

But unlike previous years when a shopping trip consisted of trips to Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana and Prada on Rodeo Dr., yesterday Lindsay hit discount retail giant H&M! Could this be a sign her financial situation is as damaged as her legal one?

Lindsay is set to face Judge Fox bright and early Friday morning where she'll learn her fate. Of course, even if she is sent to jail for 30 days, there's a chance she won't even make it one day due to overcrowding.
