MTV Europe Music Awards five-time nominee Lady Gaga is not basking in the news of her nominations, she's heading to Maine to hold a rally to push the senate to break an expected filibuster by Sen. John McCain of the National Defense Authorization Act, and ask them to repeal the "Don't Ask Don't Tell" Law, which prohibits lesbians and gays from openly serving in the military.

"Meet me in Portland, Maine 2moro, 9/20 to help repeal #DADT," Gaga tweeted last night. "I'm holding a Rally + speaking live in Deering Oaks Park."

The rally is scheduled for 4pm ET at the University of Southern Maine campus in Portland.

Think Gaga can draw as big a crowd as she does for her sold-out Monster Ball tour?

Heidi Klum's youngest, Lou, is not even a year old but already the little (or should we say big?) tyke is getting ready to take her first steps.

Supermodel and supermom Heidi Klum took her kids to the park on Sunday, where they enjoyed a picnic on the grass.

This busy mother-of-four is enjoying some down-time after shooting the finale of Project Runway with Jessica Simpson earlier this month.

Of course, with four kids, her work is never really done, and Heidi makes it look so effortless!

Paris Hilton pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors in court this morning, following her arrest in Las Vegas last month where police found a small quantity of cocaine in her purse.

Hilton pleaded guilty to drug possession and obstructing an officer, and as we previously reported, the heiress will pay $2,000 in fines, complete 200 hours of community service and complete a substance abuse program.

Hilton will also be probation for one year, and if she is arrested for anything besides a minor traffic violation in Vegas in the next 12 months, she will have to serve the full one-year jail sentence.

But which one is it? Her smile, her lustrous hair or her toned legs?

After picking some questionable outfits for red carpet events over the past few weeks (hey, we weren't the only ones who pointed this out -- the ladies on Fashion Police had plenty to say about her too!), Julia Roberts got it right at the Paris premiere of Eat Pray Love. The 42-year-old actress isn't showing her age at all yet -- lucky (and pretty!) woman...

For Karissa Shannon and her boyfriend, Smallville actor Sam Jones III ... money talks. The two have agreed to release their "extremely kinky" sex tape for a six figure deal with Vivid Entertainment.

Steven Hirsch, Vivid CEO, met with Shannon and Jones last week to discuss who handed over the XXX goods to the porn company... and to hammer out a deal.

Hirsch tells X17online exclusively:

"They wanted me to tell whether or not Spencer was involved in any way with getting the tape to me. I explained that I got it from a third party who said that information was confidential, so how could I give it to them?"

Guess this is one shady deal that Spencer Pratt is NOT involved in. As for the sex tape itself which we're told features S&M, bondage and whips ... Hirsch tells X17online that this video is sure to be one of their "biggest sellers of all time." He adds:

"There is no doubt this is the hottest tape ever. In terms of the sex, it's really good and really hot. Karissa is one of the most beautiful girls to ever have a celebrity sex tape."

At this point ... I guess it doesn't matter which "third party" gave the tape to Vivid. Looks like the Playboy playmate and Sam will now be laughing all the way to the bank.

Let the "Smallville" jokes begin.

It's a good thing that Brit comedian Russell Brand is marrying American Katy Perry, because he could have his visa revoked after attacking a photographer at LAX on Friday.

A spokesman for US Citizen and Immigration Services told The Mirror, "A charge of battery could result in a conviction for an aggravated felony. Any kind of criminal conviction can lead to a visa being revoked. If a visa is revoked, the person will then be placed in deportation proceedings and this could lead to them being asked to leave the country and not return."

Russell tried to forget about his impending legal troubles by taking in the premiere of Legend of the Guardians at the Mann's Chinese Theater in Hollywood. Kind of a strange movie to be watching while your fiancee is recovering from a wild bachelorette weekend, but ok!

Russell also tweeted about what it was like for him on the inside:

"Thanks for your sweet messages of support. After the tips I picked up in chokey I'm an infinitely more proficient criminal."

I guess he hasn't lost his sense of humor even though he could be deported!
