May the best woman win! Lady Gaga and Katy Perry are tied at five nominations each for this year's MTV Europe Music Awards, which will take place in Madrid, Spain on November 7.

The pop stars will go head to head in the categories for Best Pop Act, Best Song, Best Female Act and Best Video, and Lady Gaga is up for Best Live Act, while Katy is competing for Best World Stage performance. Eminem nabbed four nominations, for Best Song, Best Male Act, Best Hip Hop and Best Video for his Rihanna collaboration "Love the Way You Lie."

Lady Gaga and Katy are up against Miley Cyrus, Rihanna and Shakira in the Best Female category, and the two will compete against Usher, Miley Cyrus and Rihanna in the Best Pop category. The host has yet to be announced, but we're curious to see if Gaga can sweep the EMAs the same way she did the VMAs on September 12.

Lindsay Lohan was enjoying her freedom this weekend, not just from what might be a mandatory 30 days in jail, but apparently also from her bra!

Wearing a loose, flowy sundress, Lindsay enjoyed the sun in Venice beach Sunday, just days after admitting that she failed a drug test.

Accompanied by her sister Ali and girlfriend Eilat, Lindsay showed she was serious about taking some "positive steps" to get herself some therapy for her disease -- retail therapy, that is!

After scouting locations for her next film in Hungary, Angelina Jolie - joined by daughters Shiloh and Zahara - returned home to Los Angeles late last night, and all anyone could talk about was the souvenir wooden sword tomboy Shiloh was carrying...

This shouldn't come as a surprise; Angie lets her kids be who they want to be and do what they want to do! Remember when she took Maddox knife-shopping? And anyway, the sword goes well with Shiloh's army boots.
