Paris Hilton has plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of drug possession and obstructing an officer, and she will avoid jail time as a part of the deal. The heiress was arrested last month in Las Vegas after police found cocaine in her purse, and she will serve a year of probation, pay a $2,000 fine, complete a drug abuse program and participate in 200 hours of community service.

Hilton's attorney David Chesnoff told the Associated Press, "Ms. Hilton understands the seriousness of the situation and appreciates the chance she is being given. She has to stay out of trouble." Clark County District Attorney David Roger told the Las Vegas Review-Journal, "If she is arrested for anything besides a minor traffic violation she will spend a year in jail. There will be no discussion."

After spending half the day at the hair salon, Ali Fedotowsky and fiance Roberto Martinez struck a pose for fans and the paparazzi outside of Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills. Aww, how romantic! Think these two are enjoying their time in the public eye? And more importantly, will they last?

Yesterday we spotted Audrina Patridge, The Situation, The Hoff and several other contestants for the new season of Dancing With The Stars arriving at practice, but Audrina and partner Tony Dovolani were the only ones who brought photogs lunch! Yup, the dancing duo were sweet enough to hand our guys Jersey Mike's Subs AND pose for a cute picture. Team Audrina it is!

Usher was all smiles when he left the doctor's office in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon, and we couldn't help but notice that the grin on his face was nearly the size of the bag in his hand! Wonder what's in there? We're diggin' the red pants though!

Though we have to hand it to her for trying it out -- we don't know if we'd be that brave! Ryan Seacrest sat down to chat with Selena Gomez on his radio show, and after he found out the teen pop star had two Jack In The Box tacos for breakfast, he suggested she try his idea of a healthy way to start the day, aka his "Brazilian Thunder" drink that consists of kale, coconut water, green tea and broccoli.

How DOES he drink that? Maybe that's his secret to looking so great?

J-Woww will pose for Playboy, and the Jersey Shore hottie told Marc Malkin,"Final offer is standing. Hopefully, it will go through." The spread will likely appear in winter, and when asked if it's really going to happen J-Woww smiled and said, "I'd like to say so."

So how much of her glowing skin will she be showing? J-Woww said she didn't know, as it "hasn't been talked about yet", but we're guessing if the price is right we could see the full monty! We're going to be curious to see how the photos are styled and shot -- maybe they'll go for a more sophisticated look?
