Beyonce and Jay-Z purchased this $88 million Bel Air mansion in late August after years of house hunting for a permanent residence in LA, and to say it's super swanky would be an understatement. The sale was actually the biggest real estate transaction in LA county this year!

Their original offer was reportedly $90 million, so they got a little bit of a deal. What's more, the rapper allegedly took out a $52.8 million mortgage on the place! The pair have a combined net worth of $1.16 billion, so we have a feeling they're not sweating it.

The estate, which sits on 2 acres of land, is stretched between six separate structures and boasts 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. There is also a media room, a recording studio, four pools, bulletproof windows, a 15 car garage, a sauna, steam room, and staff quarters.

It was designed by famed architect Paul McClean, and apparently it's perfection. "The house is beyond words. No expense was spared in design or execution,” a source dished to Page Six.

Hip hop's king and queen have been paying $400K-a-month on a Malibu rental ever since they welcomed twins Rumi and Sir this past June, and they also just swooped up a $26 million waterfront home in the Hamptons.

Real Housewives of OC star Kelly Dodd has decided to divorce husband Michael after 11 years of rocky marriage, she told the DailyMail in a new interview.

"Our marriage is over, I'm out of there! We've had problems for years and I've had enough. I'm done with our marriage. It's just a case where two people can't get along. It's best if we went our separate ways and concentrate on our daughter," she explained.

"We aren't good together. Maybe we'll be better to each other when we are divorced and are friends. But right now we are both miserable and it's not good for either one of us, let alone our daughter. Over the past several years we've had our ups and downs, and lately it's been mostly downs," she continued.

The reality star previously filed for divorce in 2012 before they reconciled for the sake of their daughter Jolie, 11. This time around, she means business and wants their union dissolved ASAP.

"I filed for divorce against Michael in 2012 and we never had any resolution. The case was just sitting there. So I'm going to ask my attorney to file a motion so I can get a bifurcated divorce. I want out of my marriage as soon as possible. We can figure out the financials of our divorce down the road," she added.

Just last week, Radar reported that the cops were called to their house to "keep the peace" six times within a three day period in July.

They clearly couldn't stand each other, so this is for the best.

Sounds like the perfect situation to bring a kid into!

Kylie Jenner got the shock of a lifetime when she found out she was pregnant with boyfriend Travis Scott's baby two months into their relationship, and she turned to mom Kris Jenner and sister Kim to decide how to handle it.

"It definitely wasn’t planned. [Kylie] had to decide if she was prepared, with or without his involvement," a source dished to Us Weekly. Luckily, the rapper is "thrilled to become a dad" and "the family loves him." Phew!

Ultimately, the 20-year-old decided to go through with the pregnancy because she has an "incredible support system" and "she lives a block from all of her family," the mag noted.

We don't know why she thinks bringing a human being into the world is less of a commitment than marriage, but the LipKit queen is not ready to tie the knot with her beau just yet.

According to TMZ, the couple feel like they haven't know each other for long enough yet, so they're not even discussing a possible engagement. "They're still trying to figure out their relationship," a source told the outlet. That's code for saying the iron clad prenup isn't ready!

No biggie, as Kourtney, Kim, and Rob all had children out of wedlock!

She hasn't aged a day since her "Slave 4 U" Days!

Britney Spears took to Instagram to show off her chiseled abs in a white bikini yesterday, and it got us thinking about how she's been able to maintain such a hot physique over the years. Besides that period of Frappuchinos and Cheetos, she's been pretty disciplined with her diet and exercise routine, and it's paid off!

In other Brit Brit news, a creepy ten year old interview of Donald Trump on Howard Stern has surfaced, and he talked all about how he "loved" that the pop princess was a "virgin," and how he even ditched his germaphobia to grab a sweaty hat of hers at one of her concerts. Gross! The POTUS recalled how the singer "was saying she was a virgin…and she was so cute," before launching into his pervy anecdote.

"She was sweating and looked beautiful and she threw her hat, right? Now normally if a performer throws a hat and it’s sweaty and wet and everything, I’d have no interest in it. But I grabbed that sucker," he shared about being an audience member at her performance at his Atlantic City casino.

"She was so cute and wholesome and nice, I wasn’t even afraid of those germs. Today if she threw it I’d say, ‘Get that sucker out of here!’” he added.

Scott Disick and Sofia Richie spent all day together yesterday in LA after returning from Miami, and photographers asked them about everything from a possible engagement and that "congratulations" cake to Khloe and Kylie's surprise pregnancies. They said nothing and acted like they were too cool for school, but LD would have gotten a verbal beat down from the K clan if he opened his mouth.

Later in the evening, the couple went to Nobu for dinner, and we're dying to know who pays for all their outings. The reality star has some good dough from Keeping Up with the Kardashians, but Sofia is Lionel Richie's daughter! We have a feeling the 19-year-old model is footing the bill for all these fancy meals, vacations, and private jets.

That said, it sounds like The Lord is pulling out all the stops to charm Justin Bieber's ex.

"Sofia has been interested in him for a long time. She feels like she knows a different side of him and that they are good for each other. She is falling hard and thinks this is the real thing," a source dished to E! News.

"They are inseparable right now and not leaving each other's side. Scott is totally romancing her and she is under his spell. He took her away to Santa Barbara [last] weekend and is spoiling her with shopping trips and sweet gestures," the source added.

Khloe Kardashian is pregnant and expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, multiple outlets report. The happy news comes just days after sister Kylie Jenner's pregnancy was revealed, and the two are both reportedly four months along and due around the same time. As if that wasn't enough, Kim and Kanye's surrogate is due in that time frame, too! It really is a KarJenner baby boom!

TMZ reports the Revenge Body star, who struggled with fertility issues during her marriage to Lamar Odom, conceived naturally. She and her NBA star beau don't know the sex of their unborn child yet.

"Yes, Khloe and Tristan are expecting and they are absolutely thrilled. This isn’t something they were in a rush to announce to the whole world, and it’s only been in just the past week or so that they’ve felt comfortable telling most of their inner circle. Things were complicated a bit by Kylie’s announcement as they don’t want to be seen as intruding on that moment for her but it is now reaching a point where Khloe doesn’t want to be openly lying to people, and just staying quiet isn’t going to work anymore," a source dished to People.

"This is something Khloe has wanted for years and years and yet it’s more than that: she didn’t want it unless she was in the right relationship for it. She never let it happen with Lamar, intentionally, and she never considered it with James or French or anyone else she has seen. But this is such a wonderful moment for her: not only is she going to be a mother, she is going to be raising a child with a man she truly loves. Everyone is over the moon for them both," the source added.

We caught Khloe looking preggo (pic above) while visiting a laser hair removal salon with Tristan on September 16, and we noted that it appeared she had a bun in the oven. Best to never doubt our eagle eyes! We also photographed her spending the day with Kourtney, Kim, Kanye and their kids (pic below) this past Saturday, and she tried to hide her baby bump under a black hoodie, but we could still see it!

We seriously couldn't be happier for her. She's going to be such an amazing mom!

Blake Griffin's baby mama and former fiancee Brynn Cameron moved out of their shared Pacific Palisades mansion today, and we caught the sad scene as movers toted tons of clothing and children's toys into waiting trucks. The two reportedly called it quits in July, just weeks before he began romancing Kim K's little sis, but skeptics think the hot hookup actually led to the breakup.

A source tells X17:

"Both Brynn and Blake have been staying at rented places since their breakup happened. It seemed like they wanted to give it time for the dust to settle before disrupting the kids with a big move. That said, Brynn feels totally betrayed and mortified that Blake has chosen to be so public with Kendall, and she just wants this whole mess to be over. He's in Clippers training camp now, so she figured it was the perfect time to do it."

The Vogue cover girl and the NBA star are trying to take things slow, but things are getting more serious by the day.

"Blake has basketball season to focus on, and Kendall obviously has a bunch of modeling commitments coming up, but they both complain about missing each other when they're away. Whenever Kendall is out with friends, she seems so distracted because she's texting with Blake the whole time. Both of their biggest concerns is their relationship overshadowing their careers, so they're trying to keep things low key and behind closed doors for the time being," another source tells us.

Scott Disick and his teen girlfriend Sofia Richie flew back from Miami on a private jet yesterday, and the bad boy reality star captioned them "family" as he shared a pic of them eating dinner aboard the plane with pal Jonathan Cheban. A couple things...

First of all, why is Jonathan hanging with them? He's Kim's bestie and a close confidante of Kourtney, so this seems like a MAJOR betrayal. Secondly, does this new couple have something they want to tell us? That "congratulations" cake they kissed over during their trip makes us think they're either engaged or expecting. For those that think it is too soon, just keep in mind Kylie Jenner got pregnant two months into her relationship with Travis Scott!
