Ashton Kutcher is responding to the allegations that he's been cheating on wife Demi Moore.
Kutcher's lawyer, Marty Singer, released the following statement:
"Star Magazine continuously publishes lies about Ashton Kutcher and many other celebrities. This is not the first, nor will it be the last time they engage in reckless conduct."
In addition to describing Kutcher's alleged
cheating ways, the mag also has a quote from a 21-year-old girl who says that she "made love on his living room couch while Demi was out of town."
After the accusations first surfaced weeks ago, Kutcher tweeted:
"I think Star magazine calling me a 'cheater' qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees. STAR magazine - you don't get to stand behind 'freedom of the press' when you are writing fiction."
Moore and Kutcher have been married for five years.

Michaele Salahi, star of
Real Housewives of D.C., has revealed that she's battling multiple sclerosis.
The reality star's disease is discussed in the new book
Cirque du Salahi: Be Careful Who You Trust, written by journalist Diane Dimond. In the book, Dimond also tells the inside story of what happened before, during, and after Michaele and husband Tareq Salahi's November 2009 appearance at the Obama administration’ first state dinner.
The couple, best known for being the "White House Crashers," made headlines last month after they appeared on ABC's
The View to promote Bravo's
D.C. Housewives. While taping the segment, Tareq Salahi accused Whoopi Goldberg of hitting his wife which led to an "elevated and heated" exchange backstage.
As for why she has kept her MS a secret for 17 years, Salahi tells
People, "No one wants to be seen as sickly. And I didn't want to be pitied. The only way I can deal with it is to smile and act like I can get through it."
Salahi, 44, is reportedly posing nude for Playboy later this month.
Cirque du Salahi hits stores today.

Glee star Jane Lynch credits Ellen DeGeneres with helping her come out, she reveals on
The Ellen DeGeneres Show today.
Lynch, 50, who tied the knot with her girlfriend Lara Embry on Memorial Day, says she was closeted for most of her life, and she made the decision to come out because of "people like" DeGeneres.
"I used to lay in bed and go, 'How will I come out or will I come out?" she said. "You were at the height of your fame and you came out," Lynch told Ellen. "And that just blazed a trail for me. It really did. It made it so much easier for me what you did."
DeGeneres announced she was gay on the cover of
Time magazine in 1997, and though it was a huge deal back then, she's certainly helped pave the way for many other stars in Hollywood.

And he sat at a table with the guy behind it, SBE president Sam Nazarian! Must be nice to be David Beckham huh?
David dined at Cleo at the brand new Redbury hotel in Hollywood last night, and while his wife is doing all sorts of work-related stuff in NYC for fashion week, it looks like the soccer stud enjoyed a lovely meal and took a few hours off from his three boys. Maybe when Victoria gets back in town he'll bring her?
