Britney Spears is about to face a massive lawsuit from her former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, who claims the pop star "repeatedly exposed herself to him and abused her children," according to TMZ.

In a lawsuit to be filed this afternoon, Flores says Britney made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" while exposing herself to him in her home.

The following risque incident is mentioned in the papers ... detailing one particular time Flores claims Britney exposed herself:

"She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]. The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust."

In another naked encounter, in which Spears allegedly asked Flores into her room, the lawsuit says:

"After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up."

Aside from the alleged sexual encounters, the suit also details an incident of alleged child abuse when Britney asked for Flores' belt then "savagely hit the small child (Preston)," according to TMZ's report.

The website claims the suit will be filed later today at the L.A. County Superior Court.

Britney's camp has not returned calls for comment.

Lauren Conrad may have left The Hills to pursue a career as an author and a fashion designer, but if we're to believe the rumors this morning, the former reality TV starlet will be back on the small screen.

An insider tells Us Weekly that Lauren "is getting her very own reality show -- and that the networks have been fighting over it." Lauren wouldn't confirm the news and her rep has yet to give us a comment, but she told the mag, "The only way I'd return to reality TV would be if it allowed me to decide when the cameras stop."

It sure seems like someone would be willing to give her what she wants, and if the paycheck is as big as what she was making on The Hills (over $100,000 per episode) why not?

So fine, we could forgive her for the silly video she shot for them back in the day! Yeah, this one...

The starlet's pictures for the fashion label's Fall/Winter line have surfaced, and they must have been shot a while ago (the last time she was rocking hair this color was late May when she appeared in court), but who cares?! She looks ridiculously hot, and it almost makes us want to beg her to go back to brunette...or maybe she'll return to red?

Nearly four years after Sheriff's Deputy James Mee arrested Mel Gibson for the infamous Malibu drunk driving incident in July 2006, he still "fears for his life every day because of retaliation," says his lawyer Etan Z. Lorant, who is handling the case with co-council Yael Trock.

Deputy Mee, who is Jewish, is now suing the County of Los Angeles for religious discrimination, retaliation and harassment/hostile work environment. After the 2006 incident took place, Mee had written in his report that Gibson had made anti-Semitic remarks at the time of the arrest. It was that part of the report that started the controversy.

Mee's attorney, Yael Trock, tells X17online exclusively:

"Our client, Mr. Mee, was ordered to remove the anti-Semitic remarks from his report and participate in a cover-up. Not only that, he was suspected of leaking the report to an entertainment website. He has a 16-year career with the Sheriff's Department and is very proud of that. Once the Mel Gibson incident happened, he was given no more promotions, he got transferred and had a search warrant issued in which his home and computer were searched. He never wanted to remove those anti-Semitic remarks from the report, but he was ordered to do so by his commanding lieutenant. Then he was accused of divulging information about the case simply because he's Jewish. That's why we're suing for religious discrimination."

Prior to the 2006 incident, Gibson had done a public service announcement with the Sheriff's Department promoting the organization. Trock says, "In essense, he was their spokesperson. So when word got out of Mel Gibson's arrest, the Sheriff's Department wasn't happy. Since Mel Gibson was friendly with the department, that's when the cover-up began."

Deputy Mee, who told his supervisors that he believed Gibson received preferential treatment, says he was singled out by the department during a four-year investigation as to who leaked the details about Gibson's anti-Semitic rant.

Etan Z. Lorant adds:

"Our client is being treated unfairly for treating Mel Gibson the same as everybody else."

According to Mee's legal team, there is no evidence that their client leaked the confidential report. They also tell X17online that despite the Sheriff's Department wanting to file criminal charges against Mee, the DA rejected that attempt.

The papers were served to the County of Los Angeles yesterday ... giving them 30 days to respond.

Mee is suing for an unspecified monitary "compensation for pain, suffering and the humiliation he had to endure." Lorant adds, "He just wants to go back to work and not be scared."

Oscar winner and UN ambassador Angelina Jolie has spoken out to condemn a Gainesville, Florida church’s threat to burn copies of the Quran on the anniversary of the September 11 attacks. Jolie, who is currently in Pakistan to raise awareness about the devastating floods, told reporters in Islamabad, “I have hardly the words that somebody would do that to somebody’s religious book."

Top U.S. officials (including Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton) have described the church’s plan as an "outrageous" and "aberrational" act and they have noted that it could endanger U.S. troops in Afghanistan and Americans worldwide.

Despite the warning, Terry Jones, the minister at the Dove World Outreach Center (and the man responsible for organizing the burning of the Muslim holy book) has said he plans to go ahead with it.

Ellen DeGeneres brought wife Portia de Rossi along for her appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman. Pretty soon we'll be able to say Mrs. and Mrs. DeGeneres ... with Portia's pending name change.

Ellen, looking adorable with her arm locked with Portia's, greeted the New York crowd with plenty of smiles. Check out those gorgeous red roses! These two are so in love, we wouldn't be surprised if Ellen bought those to give to her main squeeze.

During her appearance with Dave last night, she did Letterman's Top Ten list. Her number one thought? Ellen said, "Man, my wife's hot." We agree!

After nearly two years of marriage, the two blondes are still going strong. They are the cutest!

Twilight author Stephenie Meyer's mini-novel The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner may be made into a film, according to several sites.

The book will be released on June 5, ($1 from the sale of each copy will be donated to the Red Cross for disaster relief in Haiti and Chile), and a source for What's Playing says, "It goes without saying Summit want to continue this franchise ... Tanner is the one they're looking at post-Breaking Dawn. It's too early to talk casting, and everything we're hearing is just speculation or off a wish list, but I don't believe they plan on using the original actress, Jodelle Ferland, for the spin-off film.” The source said Chloe Moretz or Elle Fanning were names being thrown around to play the young vamp who was killed by Jane Volturi at the end of Eclipse.

Still, Meyer has said that the novella was created as an aid for Eclipse director David Slade and his crew as "a research tool", but she hasn't confirmed that it will make it onscreen.
