Paris Hilton was in and out of the Las Vegas jail she was taken to after officers arrested her for possession of cocaine in about three hours, which is only half the time the average person spends at the Clark County Detention Center.

And if you think that was because Paris got special treatment as a celebrity, you're right. But not for the reasons you'd think.

"Yeah, she was treated differently so I don't have a disruption of my process here at the county jail," said Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Deputy Chief Jim Dixon. "When you bring somebody in like that, everybody comes over and tries to look at them. I'd have officers attempting to keep inmates away from her. I'd have disruptions."

But not everyone is happy about the special treatment. Jessica Murray of Bob's Bail Bonds told the LVRJ that her clients "are all asking me 'why can't we get out that quick.'" Murray's clients are mostly "working girls" who are booked for non-violent offenses and spend up to 24 hours in jail!

Fresh off her sexy Love The Way You Lie duet with Eminem, Rihanna is ready to hit the charts again with her latest CD, Loud.

When describing the vibe of the new tracks, RiRi says:

Get LOUD everybody, get crazy, get excited, cuz im pumped, im just gonna be ME, cuz thats what u guys love the most, and thats what makes me feel best! just being normal, normal for me is LOUD! sassy, fun, flirty, energetic.

This is the fifth album for Rihanna, and this morning, she released her first single Only Girl (In the World) on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio show. Listen to it here.

Rihanna had this to say on her official fansite:

"I made sure not to let you down with my music! You guys are always defending me, so now you've got some great songs to justify it. I didn't want to go backward and remake [2007's] Good Girl Gone Bad. I wanted the next step in the evolution of Rihanna, and it's perfect for us."

UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador Angelina Jolie is in Pakistan, and the actress is visiting regions hit by the floods today and tomorrow as the personal envoy of UN High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres. UNHCR has delivered much needed aid to nearly 750,000 people, but according to their website, "continued flooding in many areas of southern Pakistan is creating new challenges for relief efforts."

"Pakistan remains in the midst of a massive humanitarian crisis as flooding continues across vast areas," added Mengesha Kebede, UNHCR's representative to Pakistan. Jolie last visited the country in November of 2005 after an earthquake caused severe destruction in northern Pakistan.

Pop star Justin Bieber will make his small-screen acting debut on CSI on September 23, and after watching the promo, we're dying to see what happens on the show!

CSI executive producer Carol Mendelsohn told MTV News that Bieber's character Jason McCann is "a troubled young man, raised in the foster-care system, whose hard-luck life has left him scarred and angry. At the end of the episode, we're left with the question: Is Jason a good kid stuck in a bad situation or is Jason a bad kid hiding behind his cuteness? You can see why Justin was such a perfect choice to play this role ... It's an explosive story."

Seeing as the two girls were partying it up together at the VIP room the other night, it looks like they're getting along great while filming LOL: Laughing Out Loud in Paris!

On Monday we spotted Dancing With The Stars contender Bristol Palin stopping by Urth Caffe for some grub, and we're not sure what she's wearing -- this ain't Alaska honey! Maybe someone can swap out that North Face windbreaker for something a little more LA, like a Free City hoodie or a sweater? Just a thought!

Former supermodel Janice Dickinson was spotted at a BBQ in Malibu on Labor Day, and we caught her munching on some food as she strutted around in a skimpy bikini. Hey, for 55 she looks pretty good, right? But maybe she should tone down the tanning sessions a little bit...she's toastier than a hamburger bun that's been left in the oven for a few hours!

Tila Tequila and Kid Rock were spotted getting acquainted with one another at the Hustler Mega Club in Las Vegas over the holiday weekend, and we have to say, this isn't a pairing we would have ever predicted!

Our X17 photographer at the club tells X17online exclusively, "These two were really going at it. Tila loved the attention and she knew being with Kid Rock would get her lots of it -- and as you can see, Kid couldn't get enough of her either!"

Whoops! This isn't Kid Rock -- it turns out it's a doppleganger! Kid Rock's rep tells X17online that the gentleman in the pictures above is "an impersonator" and "Kid Rock was not in Las Vegas this weekend." I wonder how many other ladies this guy has tricked? He's certainly a dead ringer for the Grammy nominated musician and Tila certainly can't be the first chick he's fooled!
