John Stamos is sharing his Glee debut with Britney Spears!

Here's a first glimpse of Mr. Stamos looking oh-so-sexy as dentist Dr. Carl Howell on Season 2's Britney Spears episode. His character will be administering the anesthesia that will take the Glee characters into a Britney dream sequence. Loves it!

Stamos, 47, will also be getting cozy with Jayme Mays' character, Emma. He tells TV Guide:

“Just when Will thinks he’ll win Emma because he can sing and dance, we find out Carl used to be in an ’80s boy band ... I discover Will's chewing his teeth, so the other day I had, like, four fingers in Matthew Morrison's mouth."
