Janet Jackson made a lot of changes during her marriage to Wissam Al Mana, but in the end, she "felt like a prisoner," according to Us Weekly.

Her brother Randy claimed the billionaire businessman was verbally abusive, but it was also the singer's attempts to fit into his lifestyle that increasingly wore her down. "She felt hidden from family and friends. Her life was sheltered," a source dished to the mag.

Michael Jackson's little sis found love with her Middle Eastern beau after her breakup with longtime love Jermaine Dupri, and he was everything she was looking for during that period of her life.

"He swept in at just the right time. He bailed her out and whisked her away to the Middle East. Janet lived a very lavish life with him. His money could afford them a lot of privacy, which was what she craved. Janet was never very maternal before, but that changed with Wissam. He really wanted a baby and she was ready. She realized she found the right guy," the source added.

Al Mana wanted a "traditional wife that stuck to Muslim traditions," and the songstress realized she was never going to be that person.

“Janet felt like she couldn’t be herself anymore. Janet felt like her music was suffering and she resented Wissam. She couldn’t settle down and be what he wanted. She put her foot down and said no. Janet wanted to get her life back," the insider revealed.

At least she got her adorable baby boy Eissa out of the relationship!

Kanye grabbed sushi at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills last night with pals, and he flashed a rare smile as she drove off after the meal. He must be in better mood now that he's close to settling his beef with pal Jay-Z. The two rappers have been feuding ever since Yeezy ranted about Hova and wife Beyonce on stage days before his breakdown, but they're close to putting it all behind them, according to various reports.

'Ye thinks the Jay should "cut him some slack" because he wasn't in his right mind when he made those comments, and Queen B's hubby is apparently open to an apology.

"You can't bring my kids and my wife into it. We've gotten past bigger issues but you brought my family into it - that's a problem with me, that's a real, real problem," he said on Rap Radar's Elliott Wilson and Brian 'B.Dot' Miller last month.

"We've never let this much space go between one of our disagreements and we've had many, it's part of who we are, that's what I liked about him, he's this honest person, he'll say things - and he's wrong a lot of times - and we'll confront it," he added.

Jennifer Garner kept her cool and played nice with Ben Affleck as they reunited for their kids today, and it's gotta be pretty tough, seeing as how the actor and his mistress-turned-girlfriend Lindsay Shookus just made their public debut as a couple at the Emmys last weekend.

Who knows though! The mother-of-three might be secretly relieved that the Batman star is no longer her problem, seeing as how a new report claims he's back to boozing after his stint in rehab earlier this year. An In Touch spy allegedly saw him drinking alcohol at an Emmys after party, even though he tried his best to keep it under wraps.

"He ordered water at the bar but a server brought him over the alcoholic drink once he sat down at the table. He drank all of it," a source dished to the mag. Making matters worse? He was spotted carrying a large brown bag out of a liquor store just last night!

It certainly doesn't seem like he's been making the best choices this past year!

Blac Chyna caught a flight out of LAX en route to Atlanta this morning, and she must feel it's OK to skip town now that she and Rob Kardashian have reached a custody settlement. The former stripper is getting $20K-a-month from Kimmy K's little bro, and 50/50 time with daughter Dream.

Just because she's settled one issue with Rob, doesn't mean she doesn't have another waiting in the wings for a paycheck! According to multiple outlets, she wants "millions" from her baby daddy over that whole revenge porn incident. She wants him to pay for leaking her nude pix and losing her weight loss endorsement deals, and she won't rest until he forks over the dough.

Despite it all, the sock designer is ultimately just glad to be hashing things out and getting away from BC.

"Rob is okay. Ultimately, he mostly cared about hashing out a custody agreement for Dream. He loves his baby girl and she is his focus. Rob and Chyna have other issues they need to figure out, but this is a good start. Rob knows it was a huge mistake to get involved with Chyna, but baby Dream is his world. She is the most special gift," a source dished to People.

"Rob’s family keeps being supportive. There is no more, ‘What did we tell you?’ attitude. They just want Rob to move on. They all love baby Dream. They want Rob and Chyna to get along, because it benefits Dream," the source added.

As long as Chyna is seeing green, things should go smoothly!

Serena Williams must be feeling sentimental after giving birth to her daughter Alexis Olympia, because she penned a sweet note for her own mother to thank her for all she instilled in her.

"Dear Mom, you are one of the strongest women I know. I was looking at my daughter (OMG, yes, I have a daughter 😳) and she has my arms and legs! My exact same strong, muscular, powerful, sensational arms and body. I don't know how I would react if she has to go through what I've gone through since I was a 15 year old and even to this day," she began.

"I've been called man because I appeared outwardly strong. It has been said that that I use drugs (No, I have always had far too much integrity to behave dishonestly in order to gain an advantage). It has been said I don't belong in Women's sports -- that I belong in Men's -- because I look stronger than many other women do. (No, I just work hard and I was born with this badass body and proud of it). But mom, I'm not sure how you did not go off on every single reporter, person, announcer and quite frankly, hater, who was too ignorant to understand the power of a black woman," she continued.

"I am proud we were able to show them what some women look like. We don't all look the same. We are curvy, strong, muscular, tall, small, just to name a few, and all the same: we are women and proud! You are so classy, I only wish I could take your lead. I am trying, though, and God is not done with me yet. I have a LONG way to go, but thank you. Thank you for being the role model I needed to endure all the hardships that I now regard as a challenges--ones that I enjoy. Then she asked her parent for continued support.

Montia Sabbag, the woman caught on video having sex with Kevin Hart, says she's just as much a victim as the comedian, because she's not the person behind the extortion plot, her lawyer Lisa Bloom explained during a press conference this morning.

"I am not an extortionist. I had nothing to do with these recordings," Sabbag said. All the rest of the talking was done by Bloom, who claims her client is the victim of multiple felonies.

"It is a crime to secretly put cameras in a private place like a hotel room. It is another crime to secretly record people in a private place. It is yet another crime to distribute those images. Montia is the victim of multiple felonies under state and federal laws," she stated.

She then urged the A-list actor to get involved and help find the person who is really at fault.

"We invite Mr. Hart to join us in bringing the perpetrator to justice. To the criminal who did this, I say you belong in prison and we are going to find you," she continued.

The high powered attorney also made it clear that Sabbag wants nothing financial from the big screen star.

"Montia and I are not asking for a cent from Kevin Hart. This is not about money. We are not suing him. We are not making any claims against him. Kevin Hart appears to be the victim of this criminal, just as Montia is a victim of this criminal," she revealed.

Whoever is behind this wanted $15 million to keep quiet, according to In Touch.

Ivanka Trump makes an appearance on the Dr. Oz Show, set to air on Thursday, and the President's daughter talked all about how she's not responsible for the things her dad does and says.

"Well I think that my role, and anyone who works for the President of the United States, their role is to inform, advise and then ultimately execute. So, I’m not a decision maker. I have my views and I share them candidly and as a daughter I have the latitude to do that," she said.

"Where I disagree with the agenda, I will share it with him quietly. I don’t view it as my obligation to moderate. And I don’t think anyone working for a sitting president should see themselves in that capacity. I also respect the process and my father is now president and the American people elected him based on his agenda and my job isn’t to undermine that agenda. It’s to embrace the areas where there’s commonality and there are so many areas," she continued.

So what's she focused on? Growth for women. "I feel privileged that he’s given me the platform to push areas and push issues that are aligned with his agenda,” she gushed.

It can't be easy being related to The Donald! Speaking of our Commander-in-Chief, he just couldn't resist sharing his feelings on the Emmys, and he did it his favorite way... on Twitter!

"I was saddened to see how bad the ratings were on the Emmys last night - the worst ever. Smartest people of them all are the 'DEPLORABLES," he wrote.

Thank God these two are returning!

Kim Zolciak and Nene Leakes are back for season 10 of Real Housewives of Atlanta, and it looks like it's going to be the best season yet!

Shereé Whitfield, Kandi Burruss, Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore and Cynthia Bailey round out the cast, but noticeably absent is Phaedra Parks, who got her peach taken away with those rape accusations on last year's reunion.

In the teaser, we see Sheree embark on a new romance with someone seemingly in prison, Kenya gets married and the ladies think her relationship is fake, Kim attacks Kenya over comments she made about her son Kash, Nene copes with husband Greg's failing health, and Cynthia moves on from shady husband Peter.

Let the smack talking and wig snatching begin!
