A woman who claims she was thrown to the ground by Jersey Shore security after getting into a verbal altercation with Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is suing the entire cast, 495 Productions, MTV, and Viacom.

Her attorney, Eugene Lavernge, says the woman who does not want to be named, suffered a cut chin and a scar from the event, which took place one year ago in Seaside Heights.

Lavernge also represents two other defendants who are suing the shows producers and claiming "criminal enterprise". In other words, that they have profited from airing fights that the cast has deliberately provoked.

We asked Lindsay Lohan, as she left the Santa Monica Courthouse this morning after checking in with her probation officer, what she thought about Paris Hilton's arrest this weekend for possession of cocaine and, not surprisingly, Lindsay didn't wanna chat about that ...

Sandra Bullock sat down for her first post-split interview, where son Louis was the number one topic!

"He's a little Cajun cookie," Sandra said of the boy she adopted from New Orleans. "How lucky am I?"

Sandra also opened up to Matt Lauer on Today about the process of adopting little Louis, which she began four years ago.

"It was a long process," she said. "I did not circumvent. I wanted to do everything exactly the same way everyone else did. And-- it was-- he was always mine, you know. It wasn't like I felt like someone was going to take him away. But it was nice to have someone say, I think you're a fit parent."

And Louis was the perfect child for Sandra, Bullock said.

"Everything works out the way the universe wants it to work out. We had always said that it didn't matter where the child came from," Sandy said, about the stipulations she and her then-husband Jesse James had in place before they were able to adopt. "If they had issues that were medical issues, we didn't care. It's like the child that needed us in the home is the child that's going to be placed."

But one thing did surprise them: "I didn't think it would be a boy," Sandy said. "We don't have any boys in our family. Boy, is everyone really happy about that. So, he's like the crown prince. You know, it's nothing but girls in our family ... It was just the hierarchy that needed to be broken."

Sandra was able to keep the secret for months due to her close and trustworthy circle of friends and family.

"It takes good people with integrity," she says. "I mean, I read something like, how did someone keep a secret, and it's-- you know-- human beings exist that have integrity that know how to keep their mouth shut. That know the bigger picture, that don't sell out their friends. Those people are all over the place. But again, we don't like to talk about it, because it doesn't sell a magazine. But I was blessed with the same friends I've had since before things got really special for me and blessed in life."

"And when things get bad, they're still the same friends," she says. "And, you know, it-- everything passes. It all passes. But they just-- you know, they know if they screw up they're not coming on the next vacation. I'm not going to babysit their kids. I will cut them. I will take them down," she joked.

Sandra's currently in New Orleans, championing a cause close to her heart: a $700,000 New Orleans health clinic she helped fund.

But Madonna won't hear of it! And for once, we're in agreement.

The Material Girl adopted 4-year-old Mercy from Malawi last year and a man named James Kambewa, 26, claims to be her father and wants to meet with the child...

But Madonna's spokeswoman Barbara Charone says "the extended family members had no knowledge of a father. The village leadership had no knowledge of a father... the mother was raped and left," to the Sunday Times, a South African paper.

And if that's the case, and this man is actually the dad, why should he be allowed a meeting with the girl now?

Good work, Madonna!

Randy Jackson paid tribute to his brother Michael yesterday on what would have been the King of Pop's 52nd birthday.

Jackson, who arrived at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale with a bouquet of flowers, took time to greet the hundreds of fans who showed up to remember his legendary brother.

When it comes to why an intervention wasn't successful to save Michael, Randy tells X17online exclusively:

"I don't think anybody expected this to happen. You always think 'I could have done this, I could've done that,' but it's too late now. I don't think anybody was expecting this."

As for whether Dr. Murray will be held responsible for Michael's death, Jackson adds:

"I'm not real crazy about some of the things I read ... some of the things he says. I have good faith in our courts and judicial system, so I think justice will be served."

Randy admits, "I'm going to leave it in God's hands."

Sandra Bullock's estranged husband Jesse James and LA Ink star Kat Von D (nee Katherine Drachenberg), walked hand-in-hand in Fredricksburg, Texas yesterday afternoon during a romantic outing from James' new home in Austin.

After Von D recently confirmed the pair were dating on her Twitter and later took down that post, online reports were wild with rumors that it was all a cover up for a secret affair. Now X17's exclusive shots seem to confirm the theory as these two looked totally in love!

We caught the pair visiting the Admiral Nimitz Museum in the Texas Hills. Jesse, a WWII buff, took his new girlfriend on and hour-long motorcycle ride from his home down south and the two looked every bit a couple, according to our photographer:

"Jesse and Kat looked totally head over heels for each other. It's not just because they both have tattoos that they're a perfect match, these two were just so comfortable together and looked like they'd been boyfriend-girlfriend forever."

After spending the afternoon in town, the two headed back home -- helmets on, Kat's arms around Jesse's waist, and off onto the highway:

"Kat cuddled up behind Jesse and it was like true biker romance!"

Guess there's no denying now!

Lindsay Lohan is proving once again that she is a "changed woman," checking in with her probation officer for the second time in a week.

Just minutes ago, X17online snapped the jailbird heading to the probation office in Santa Monica, wearing her signature plaid shirt with thigh-high stockings.

Aside from a little run-in with the cops Saturday night for blowing through a stop sign on the way to the Chateau Marmont (they let her off with a warning), Lindsay's been keeping her head down, her mouth shut and concentrating on complying with the terms of her early release.

Lindsay may be opening up soon, though. In addition to her million-dollar post-jail interview, she may be hosting a radio show with mom Dina in Long Island.

Paris Hilton is going to be formally charged with felony possession of a controlled substance for the .8 grams of coke cops found in the heiress' purse this weekend.

Paris is claiming that the little baggie of cocaine that fell out of her purse while she was reaching for some lip balm was not hers. But according to the police report, the officer on the scene felt that there was enough evidence to charge the heiress for possession since "the suspected cocaine fell from the purse Hilton was carrying, that the suspect cocaine was found near a broken prescription pill that Hilton admitted was hers, that she admitted that other items inside the purse were hers (including a package of Zig Zag wrappers, which are commonly used to roll and smoke marijuana), and that she was the passenger inside the vehicle, which was stopped after Officer M. Polion smelled the strong odor of marijuana coming from it."

Paris has retained the services of Las Vegas power attorney David Chesnoff, who has the task of proving the coke was not Paris' in court.

Calls to Chesnoff's office for comment were not immediately returned.
