Mel B and Stephen Belafonte are on the rocks ... or are they? Dean Piper, reporter for UK's The Mirror, claims that Belafonte confessed the following in an "emotional" phone conversation:

“Dude, it’s over. Mel’s coming back to the UK soon – but I won’t be coming with her.”

X17online photographers caught the couple, who have been married for three years, leaving Hollywood hotspot Katsuya holding hands ... the same day that this report of their alleged split surfaced.

However, in the conversation with The Mirror's reporter, Belafonte added:

“There’s been problems lately. I don’t know what’s happening.”

What is happening is a reality show on The Style Network called The Mel B Project ... about the former Spice Girl and her family life. Could this all be a stunt to drum up publicity for the new show?

Reports claim jealously may be to blame for their rocky relationship. The timing is a bit ironic ... don't ya think?

Bending down on one knee, shirtless in his army fatigues, the Iraq-war vet popped the question to Snooks, with one very big thing missing: a ring!

Miranda says the proposal will come as a big shock to Snooki (aka Nicole Polizzi.) But, "Once she deals with the shock I think she'll say yes. I really do. In fact, I know she'll say yes.”

Why will the breakout star of Jersey Shore who makes $30,000 an episode be so quick to jump into marriage with Miranda?

“I want us to be together forever. I could see us having children," the New Yorker says. "I want to pop the question to her. If we got married we would be the best parents around. She's so loving and puts everyone else before her self. She'll be a great mother.”

However, Matt Goldapper, program director for 105.3 Party-FM, confirmed to X17online last week that Lindsay Lohan was offered $1 million to do a morning radio talk show with her mom, Dina. In addition to yacking it up for 3 hours every morning, the dynamic duo would also play Top 40 music.

On Friday, the station's lawyers were drafting up a proposal for mom-ager Dina to look over. Seems as though mama Lohan is liking the fine print so far. Goldapper tells X17online exclusively:

"Today we were in touch with Dina Lohan, she says that Lindsay sounds very interested about this oppurtunity and is seriously considering it. I firmly believe this may be an opportunity for her to be a Ryan Seacrest or Nick Cannon, early this week negotiations will begin. Very exciting oppurtunity for us at Party-FM/Long Island!"

With a million dollar radio offer on the table and various other movie and magazine offers lining up for Lindsay Lohan, it's no wonder our favorite 24-year-old starlet spent the weekend visiting old haunts, checking out a screening of her latest movie Machete and partying with friends. Oh, not to mention getting pulled over by the cops. Linds is back in the public eye ... and loving it!

After getting busted for a DUI while leaving a Las Vegas hotel, Cy Waits has been dismissed from his position as head of nightclub operations for Wynn and Encore properties.

Waits had just been awarded the position (along with his twin brother) on Wednesday, but "Wynn has a zero-tolerance policy with their club execs when it comes to brushes with the law," a source tells E!

Waits' Escalade was pulled over by cops after they smelled marijuana smoke coming from the car. Waits was arrested and charged with a DUI, while Paris was charged with possession of cocaine.

While most of us were at home watching the Emmy pre-show, Gwen Stefani took her adorable boys, Kingston and Zuma to the beach!
