Yesterday Bradley Cooper stayed in the car while Renee ran out to grab some morning coffee.

I guess Renee, who's been wearing a version of the same thing for weeks, didn't mind because she had a smile on her face the whole time!

Would you fetch your boyfriend coffee (after all, he's the one driving) or would you make him get out and get it himself?

Brad Pitt, who has dedicated much of his time the last five years to rebuild the area of New Orleans devastated by hurricane Katrina, headed back the Lower 9th Ward on the fifth anniversary of the disaster to call attention to the work that still needs to be done.

"We chose this spot because it was the iconic location of everything that was wrong with the rescue, the recovery," Pitt told NBC's Brian Williams last night, about the spot where his Make It Right Foundation has been building green homes for residents left homeless by the hurricane.

"It was unfathomable," he said. "I mean, just-- you had no idea that there were families and here. It was just wiped clean. Except for the occasional pile up of homes and-- on top of homes."

But Pitt is trying to change that, having built 50 of a planned 150 green homes for the people of the city where he occasionally calls home (he and Angelina Jolie have a house in the French Quarter.)

But Brad is modest about his contribution to the rebuilt community. "It's not mine, it's theirs," he said. "I see them having barbecues out in the [backyards] and I'm just thrilled."

Lindsay may have missed Wednesday's premiere of Machete, but last night, she went to a private screening with pals to see herself on the big screen playing the "nun with a gun" in Robert Rodriguez' latest film.

Toting another can of Rockstar (which the company denies they're sponsoring her to do so), Lindsay left her apartment in West Hollywood in the early evening to head to the Fox Studios lot to check out her flick.

Although the majority of you predicted Lindsay would return to her partying ways this weekend, she was a good girl last night and made it a rather tame evening.

Let's hope it lasts!

Yesterday Britney and Jason took a break from the beach to head to the mall!

The pair smiled as they watched a little girl run through the Shops at Wailea (does it make them wistful for one of their own?) and seemed thoroughly relaxed and happy after making purchases at Betsey Johnson, Banana Republic and BCBG.

Ever the gentleman, Jason even carried some bags for Brit! Awww...

Police pulled over a car in which Paris Hilton was riding Friday night on the Vegas Strip because officers smelled marijuana smoke coming from the vehicle. During a search of the car and the passengers' possessions, police found an undisclosed amount of cocaine in Hilton's purse, according to the AP.

Hilton was booked around 2 a.m. for possession of cocaine and released.

A source close to Hilton tells X17online.com exclusively, "Paris was borrowing a friend's purse because it matched her outfit better than the ones she brought with her to Vegas. She didn't realize there was anything left inside the bag -- the amount of drugs was so small she didn't even see it because it was in a small pocket inside the purse."

Hilton has faced other drug charges in recent months -- in July she was detained in South Africa for alleged marijuana possession but charges were later dropped with police determined the drugs were not Paris'. A few weeks later reports claimed, as Paris traveled to Corsica, a customs official found a gram of marijuana in Hilton's purse though Paris denied the stories via her Twitter.

Our source tells us Paris is again upset that she has again been unfairly associated with drugs: "Paris is mad because she's being blamed for a friend's mistake."

Paris went to Las Vegas with her boyfriend, Cy Waits (owner of Vegas nightclubs XS and Tryst and Drai's in Hollywood), yesterday after a man was arrested trying to break into her house earlier this week. It was reported yesterday that Waits held the intruder at gunpoint before police arrived. Waits was arrested and booked on a DUI charge last night as well.

Lindsay Lohan's been keeping a fairly low profile since her release last Tuesday. In fact, the most wild thing she's done is take a joy ride in her new Maserati at 1am, sipping on a can of Rockstar. Other than that one night it's been nothing but trips to her therapist and her parole officer (with a little stop at the DMV and Micky D's, of course.)

But how long before the night-life lover ventures out to the clubs?

After all, this is Emmy weekend, which means tons of parties and tons of free SWAG (both of which Lindsay loves!)

Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said that Lohan's experience in jail and then rehab has made her a "changed" woman, but is it just a matter of time before she goes back to her old ways?
