Lindsay Lohan is in a private meeting with a psychotherapist right now at a Brentwood medical building.

Lindsay is required by the court to submit to random drug and alcohol testing ans well as psychotherapy and addiction counseling several times a week until November now that her new probation terms were set yesterday by Judge Elden Fox at the Beverly Hills Courthouse.

Even Lindsay's ex Samantha Ronson also got some counseling this week. Good for them!

Is $1 million enough money to get Lindsay to leave Hollywood to be the voice of Long Island's hit radio station, WPTY Party 105.3 FM?

Program director Matthew Goldapper says he hopes Lindsay will accept his offer ... which would have Lindsay and her mom, Dina, working three hours on-air every morning for a year. Oh, and we're told they'd get 3 weeks paid vacation!

Goldapper tells X17online exclusively:

"We've offered Lindsay $1 million to do a morning talk show with her mom. She's originally from Long Island so we thought, why not give the girl a job and get her life back on track? We've been in talks with Dina for a while, and right now, our lawyers are drafting up a proposal."

Although Goldapper says that he hasn't spoken directly to Linds, he says Dina is very excited about the idea and has been very hands on with the million-dollar radio offer.

In addition to being a morning radio talk show, the format of Lindsay and Dina's show would also include a Top 40 playlist. Wonder if Lilo would give props to her friends in the music biz?

Goldapper, who admits this is "the most money his station has ever offered" a potential DJ/host, adds:

"This kind of exposure would be massive for our station. It would definitely be worth it!"

Is Lindsay going to give Howard Stern and Ryan Seacrest a run for their money? Maybe a gradual comeback over the airwaves is exactly what Lilo needs. Cha-ching!

First of all, congrats again to Lindsay Lohan's former nemesis Hilary Duff for always keeping her life together and not screwing up. Sorry Linds!

Secondly, props for keeping up her hardcore gym routine even after the wedding! It's easy to start slacking once you both say, "I do."

Wonder what new movie Hil is interested in... hopefully something sexier than Beauty & the Briefcase!

The 17-year-old Disney princess turned movie star rebel just split with her sweet Aussie hunk Liam Hemsworth because, well, who knows! She's still a kid and it's all a part of growing up. Moving on!

Which begs the question - when will Kingston get his own clothing line (just like Brangelina's kids)?

The perfect couple is at it again! Reese Witherspoon and her current beau Jim Toth dined out in Santa Monica last night at Giorgio Baldi. Reese was all smiles as usual but Jim seemed a little peeved with the paps. Guess he's not completely used to all the attention his girlfriend gets!

And we must admit she's one of the best in the biz! Former Hills hottie Kristin Cavallari doesn't do much these days but visit the Neil George Salon in Bev Hills, but at least she's dedicated. If you're gonna do one thing, do it right!
