Yet another Dolce & Gabbana ad - featuring Material Girl Madonna - has been released today and the legendary pop singer is looking as good as she did 25 years ago!

No really, she looks as good as she did 25 years ago. How impressive!

But does this make you want to buy from D&G? Not sure what point they're trying to make!

After spending countless hours in surgery getting 10 procedures in one day for a complete body-makeover, Heidi Montag says she wants to do it again, just nine months later.

"I'm desperate to go back to normal," Heidi says, adding that she wants to remove her famous G-cup implants. "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D."

"I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these boobs," Heidi says, adding that she can't even hug her dogs! "It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life." Wow, perhaps she should have thought about that in advance!

Heidi, whose plastic surgeon Frank Ryan died tragically just last week, says she's already shopping for a new doctor in Costa Rica. "I feel trapped in my own body," she tells Life & Style. But without Dr. Ryan, she fears she may never be normal again. "There's just no fixing it," she says. "Dr. Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything."

Poor, poor Heidi! At least she may have the few millions she'll get from Spencer selling their sex tape to comfort her on those warm Costa Rican nights!

Adam Sandler gets all the hot girls!

Katie Holmes is thinking about trying her hand at comedy, playing opposite Adam Sandler in the Dennis Dugan-directed comedy, Jack and Jill.

Sandler would play both Katie's husband and sister-in-law in the film, as he'll portray a brother whose twin sister visits for the holidays and then never leaves (Sandler will also play the sister in drag.)

Al Pacino is also in talks to star -- as himself, says THR.

This movie marks Katie's first big budget film since Batman Begins. She stars in the indie ensemble drama, The Romantics, which is out September 10th, and is currently shooting The Kennedys miniseries for The History Channel, playing Jackie Kennedy.

Karissa Shannon, who admits to doing a girl-on-girl sex tape with Heidi Montag, is staying mum about the XXX footage. However, her boyfriend Sam Jones III, isn't holding back his thoughts of Spencer Pratt ... who alleges he has the video.

Pratt is currently in Costa Rica awaiting a meeting with Steven Hirsch, president of Vivid Entertainment. The two are expected to discuss how much money the sex tape is worth. Reportedly, Heidi Montag is there, too.

Jones tells our X17 videographer that he "wants to whoop that a** in Costa Rica."

Shawn Chapman Holley gave a brief statement after court where she said her client has changed for the better during the last month-and-a-half she spent first in jail, then rehab.

"Lindsay has changed. She’s healthy, clear-headed, positive and looking forward to beginning anew," Holley said outside of the Beverly Hills courtroom. "Anyone would have changed after going through what she’s gone through in the past month-and-a-half."

Holley also says that the judge has dismissed two of the under the influence counts on Lindsay's record because she "complied with all of her alcohol classes."

As part of her ongoing treatment, Lindsay will be required to continue her treatment on an outpatient basis. "Lindsay will be in a lot of therapy," says Holley, "Psychotherapy as well as a 12 step program, but will also allow her time to work which is positive."

She also revealed that UCLA doctors "started fresh" with Lindsay, conducted their own analysis and found that there was no need to keep her at the facility any longer than her 22 days. Holley says Lindsay complied with everything that was asked of her and basically was a model patient!

Lilo's lawyer went on to say that "She’s really looking forward to beginning anew and having a productive life and schedule. Hopefully you will all support her now as she moves forward, just as you did during her dark times."

Although Lindsay is very much looking forward to getting back to work, Shawn Chapman Holley says Lindsay does NOT plan on attending the Machete premiere tonight because she doesn't want to make her first post-jail appearance something quite so "splashy."

But Lindsay does love a party, and what a great way to return to the scene!

For London Fog's 2010 campaign, the Emmy-nominated Mad Men actress works a sexy trench ... baring her signature cleavage.

Hendricks had this to say about the sultry black and white ads:

“London Fog is a classic brand, which I love. It also ties into Mad Men, we used London Fog in the show and this was a nice way to tie everything together. The trench is such an iconic shape for men and women. It works for anyone – it worked in the 1960s and it works now.”

Hendrecks is following in the footsteps of London Fog alum: Tony and Eva Longoria Parker, as well as Gisele Bundchen.

The new campaign will hit magazines this October.

Hilary Duff got all dolled up in bright yellow heels to hit the ATM near her Toluca Lake home yesterday, no doubt enjoying one of the perks of marriage: a joint checking account!

Hil's been the breadwinner in her family for a long time, so it must be nice to be with someone who has as much money as she does!

But just because Hilary got the guy doesn't mean she's easing up on her workout routine. As she did nearly every day before her wedding day, Hilary headed straight to the gym after picking up the cash.

Kim Kardashian is brushing off Bill O'Reilly's harsh criticism about a recent Elle Magazine photoshoot she did with 16-year-old Justin Bieber.

In the magazine spread, Kim K, 29, is the object of young Biebs affection ... with the two of them flirting with each other while playing on the beach. Bill O'Reilly reacted to the photos by saying "gross ... It's a 16 year-old having an affair with a celebutante!" The FOX anchor even went so far as referring to the photoshoot as a "Mrs. Robinson"-themed idea.

While appearing on Lopez Tonight, Kim addressed O'Reilly's comments telling George Lopez:

"I thought the shoot was all in fun, we had a good time. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion on it. But we were just having a good time. The amazing creative team at Elle magazine obviously thought it was a great shoot and so did everyone. Everyone's loved it. It was all in fun."

Kim, who admits that Biebs "definitely has this swag to him," wanted to make it clear that she has never pursued the young singer. However, she did add, things would be different if he were of "legal age."

Now THAT oughta put a little spring in his step!
