Despite earlier online reports, Lindsay Lohan will not be getting out of rehab today.

A courthouse spokesperson says that there is no hearing scheduled for today -- that the judge will hear the case tomorrow morning at 8:30 am, as previously scheduled.

So it seems as if Lindsay will have at least one more day of confinement at UCLA, but we do expect her to be released shortly.

Nick Cannon is not ready to reveal if wife Mariah Carey is pregnant with the couple's first child after speculation hit a fever pitch when new photos of the star sporting a slight bump hit the web yesterday. BUT he did make it seem as if an announcement may be coming soon!

"There's a certain time limit that you're supposed to wait before you actually can officially say that you are. You've got to take all those things into factor and it gets really heightened when you're one of the most famous people in the world because you don't want to mislead anybody," Cannon told New York's 92.3 FM Monday, referring to the customary three month mark.

But don't expect Nick to be the one to spill the happy news. "I've said it before and I'll say it time and time again -- when my wife feels like talking about whatever she wants to talk about, you will hear it directly from her," he said.

So if she really IS preggers, she's got to be a least a few months... so hopefully we'll be hearing some good news sometime soon!

Paris Hilton had a close call this morning with a knife-wielding man ... according to her Twitter page.

The heiress tweeted:

"So Scary, just got woken up to a guy trying to break into my house holding 2 big knifes. Cops are here arresting him."

This photo of the cops at her home was also posted on her Twitter page. According to law enforcement, the suspect, 40, was arrested at Hilton's home just after 6:30am and taken to jail.

X17online has spoken with a source close to Paris and the starlet is "in good spirits and happy that a potentially dangerous situation was avoided thanks to the police." We're told she is "calm and relaxed and is going back to sleep."

The man's identity has not been revealed.

Lautner, 18, is suing McMahon's RV, located in Irvine, for not making a June deadline to deliver a $300,000 custom Coach RV.

In the lawsuit, the Twilight star says the customized 2006 Affinity Country Coach RV was going to be used as his dressing room while he was on set for his latest movie Abduction. However, the promised delivery date came and went.

No word on whether Lautner will have his custom motorhome delivered in time for his upcoming Breaking Dawn shoot.

The former couple's divorce documents state that the two have been living apart since Woods wrecked his car after a domestic dispute on Thanksgiving 2009 that led to the public revelation that Woods had been cheating on his wife with various women -- many of whom eventually came forward.

The documents do not disclose any alimony sum, nor child support -- just that "The parenting plan is in the best interests of the children." Sam, 3, and Charlie, 18 months, are expected to live with their mother who will revert to her maiden name, Elin Maria Pernilla Nordegren.
