The starlet is training him -- not house-breaking him or teaching him to do tricks -- but educating him in the more important skills ... like shopping!



The Queen P brought her pup along on a shopping spree at Fred Segal in Santa Monica and even gave him a little doggie treat from the restaurant for a job well done!

The judge in Lindsay's case will issue an order tomorrow, deciding Lohan's fate at UCLA Medical Center and after ...

Judge Elden Fox will decide between 1:30 - 3:30 tomorrow, according to TMZ, if Lindsay will be let out of the rehab facility and allowed to continue through outpatient treatment. Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley was in court today for an emergency hearing but it is uncertain what, if anything, was decided.

We're all expecting Lindsay to be released any day, now that we've learned she's NOT bipolar, as another inpatient facility had diagnosed her, nor is she suffering from ADD of ADHD. In other words ... there's no real reason for her to be in rehab!

But does the girl need counseling of another sort? ...
