The quest for the Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt sex tape continues.

Steven Hirsch, the president of Vivid Entertainment, confirms to X17online that he will be traveling to Costa Rica for a meeting with Spencer to discuss finances pertaining to the distribution of the tape.

Spencer has joked about the tape through several Twitter messages.



Saturday night, Hirsch spoke to X17online about the sex tape saying:

"The potential for the Heidi tape would be through the roof... We bring them out to the marketplace, but after that it's up to the star and the things that they do after the tape is released that really tells the story just how well they do."

Karissa Shannon, a former Playboy playmate, has confirmed to X17online that a raunchy tape does exist featuring she and Heidi Montag, but Shannon doubts Spencer has it. Various online reports claim that Spencer has thrown out $5 million as a potential offer for the XXX material he currently possesses. Question is ... would you want to watch?

We recently reported that troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan had been misdiagnosed for psychological problems - "doctors don't believe her issues were as serious as they were lead to believe initially" - and now the 24-year-old apparently wants some kind of apology (or compensation) from the courts.

"Lindsay is fuming - she is really upset that the courts put her through all this," an insider tells FOX 411 (via Pop Tarts). Maybe she thinks an "I'm sorry" will sway public opinion in her favor?

Not that she'll likely get one... after all, the judge's decision was based on the information presented in court. Revel isn't a doctor; that's why she sent LiLo to rehab, so she could receive an accurate diagnosis and get help!

Criminal Defense attorney Steve Cron adds that "no judge or prosecutor could be sued under these circumstances, they have absolute immunity." Ah well!

Sidebar, FOX 411 also reports that Lindsay has been "entertaining" a few movie offers after getting back her BlackBerry last week. Let's hope she takes a vacay or something first!

Kanye West has spent the last year of his life relatively out of the spotlight, and it sounds like he's been using a lot of his time not just working on being a better person, but recording music!

"I know y'all need the music so I'm dropping 1 new song every weekend until Xmas," he tweeted. "It may be my song, it may be a new Jay song, etc."

"I'm calling it good Fridays," he continued, almost completely caps-free. "Y'all know every Friday y'all gone have a new joint from our family. We look at the game completely different now. It's about the fans."

And I bet I know which song the fans are dying to hear -- his much discussed collabo with Justin Bieber. But we may have to wait a bit longer to hear that. "Finishing @JustinBieber Runaway Love remix too..." Kanye tweeted late last week. "Don't know when they gonna drop it but Raekwon's verse is crazy!!!"

Britney's guest-starring appearance in the hit show Glee is already in the can and now creator Ryan Murphy is saying she's "probably" coming back for more!

During Saturday's Creative Arts Emmys, when Murphy was asked about a second show, he said "Probably, yeah ... probably."

“Britney came this week and shot, and I got to hang out with Britney,” Ryan told Access Hollywood. “She was sweet, she was great.”

And one perk of working with the superstar? “I’m now best friends with Britney apparently,” Murphy joked.

Britney's Glee episode airs September 28th.

The Jacksons are sticking together when it comes to defending Michael's name ... and so are MJ's fans!

Members of the fan group Justice4Michael crowded the front of the LA courthouse ... holding signs and shouting their support. On the group's website, they've posted the following:

"We hope this website will unite the Fans, Friends and Family in their goal to get justice for Michael Jackson. Not because he was worlds biggest superstar and entertainer, but because he was a wonderful, beautiful, loving and caring human.

We as fans lost a man we loved like he was a member from our family, his friends have lost a dear good friend, his family lost a wonderful loving son, brother, uncle and cousin....but most of all his three children lost their loving father."

X17online has learned that Michael's mom and dad, Katherine and Joe Jackson ... as well as siblings Rebbie, Jermaine and Randy have also showed up at the Los Angeles courthouse to face Dr. Conrad Murray. X17online will bring you video of their arrival.

Dr. Murray has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson. He's currently in court awaiting a preliminary court date.

Update: During today's session, the defense requested three viles of Michael Jackson's fluids, a syringe and an IV tube in the hopes of determining the amount of propofol in his body. However, the judge did not make a decision due to the fact that the evidence belongs to the coroner's office. He'll come to a decision on the fluids by October 26, when the judge and attorneys for both sides will meet to review the progress.

On January 4, a mini 2-week trial will begin in which the DA will present their evidence and the defense will have the opportunity to cross examine. At this time, the judge will decide if there's enough evidence for Dr. Conrad Murray to go on trial.

Princess Caroline of Monaco threw a Mexican-themed bash aboard her yacht in Italy yesterday, complete with a somebrero, a moustache and of course, a frosty blended drink!

Grace Kelly's oldest daughter has been on vacay with her family off the coast of Stromboli, where they've been enjoying the local food (like pizza!) and teaching her girls how to dive off the bow of the yacht.

Gossip Girl actress Michelle Trachtenberg is apparently "smitten" with ladies' man John Mayer, a source tells the NY Post.

The two partied at Soho House in LA recently and a witness claims Michelle was acting "bouncy and flirty" around John, but he "seemed too cool for school." I mean, really!

"They've known each other for years," says Michelle's rep, adding that the pair chatted for a few minutes before resuming dinner with her fam.

Probably bogus that Michelle was flirting, but still! This just confirms that John is definitely too cool for school.
